You have probably already heard about the problems with Liberty Reserve. What do you think about all this? Is there anyone who suffered from it?

General information about online payment systems
Nowadays it is difficult to imagine our world without Internet and Internet without online payment systems. There are many payment systems in the internet and it may be difficult for a user to understand all nuances. Each payment system has its pros and cons, but all payment systems are based on the same concept.
First of all, everyone can open an account in payment system. Secondly, all payment systems try hard to protect the security of payments. If they succeed or not, you can find in feedback of users of the payment system. Thirdly, each payment system takes commission for using its services. This is a very important question and you need to study it with all your attention. Because even if the amount of your operation is not big, the amount of the commission may take a significant part of your funds. It is much better if the commission is fixed, in this case it will not be necessary to count the amount of the commission every time you transfer funds.
Taking all the above said into consideration, the question remains - what kind of payment system to choose? This issue must be approached very seriously. In order to make a choice you can ask for advice your friends or relatives who already use online payment systems. Also a lot of useful information you can find on the forums where users tell their opinin about different payment systems.
