Countdown To IPO End

Coin will start with an official 3million coin IPO hosted on Bittrex. This IPO is being hosted specifically by Bittrex-Bill, and he will act as an escrow for the funds received from the IPO. Our team will not receive the BTC from the IPO until after all wallets are proven to compile correctly, and source code is released. Bittrex-Bill will then hold the funds for an additional 24 hours to provide security to our investors. We will be very transparent, and our team is built from trusted members of the CryptoCommunity. (Further details of IPO and future plans are below)

IPO will launch at a price of 6000satoshis. We know it is important to offer a very low price to our initial investors and they deserve that for funding the future of the coin’s development. As you may have seen with DCM, an IPO can be very successful, and investing in one can be extremely beneficial. We’re here for our investors!

POW will begin when the IPO ends which is June 10th at 10am PST. There are blocks are being mined during the IPO, but they are all empty, and are not part of the POW block count. Once those blocks are all mined, POW will begin and run for 7 days until June 17th. The idea is to make this coin accessible to both miners and traders, thus the IPO and POW.

HarmonyCoin is not just another altcoin. It has been developed with the best current features, and has a dedicated team of developers and marketers who all have experience with Cryptocoins in their past (see “The Team” at the bottom). HMY is an investment in the future of Cryptos because this is a coin that will be around for the long-run! The IPO on Bittrex will be give us the necessary funds to achieve what only coins such as Blackcoin or Darkcoin have achieved. We plan to use those funds to not only break into the marketplace as a real commerce, but also to research Cryptos at a deeper level and develop new technologies that will benefit HMY. IPO
Why do an IPO? Almost all cryptocoins releasing now days have very little funds to actually further develop the coins, that is why almost all coins releasing are pointless. Funds from the IPO will ensure that HarmonyCoin has the funding to become one of the top Altcoins in the cryptoworld. We are treating this coin like a business and will use funding for advertising campaigns, software development, business deals, and merchant adoption tools. This funding will help us accomplish every future goal we set for the coin, and will also give investors a chance to get into the coin at a very early stage and low price. You can expect that we will always deliver on promises we make, which right now is rare in the cryptocommunity. Every member of this team is dedicated to staying in this coin for the long-haul, and we may even add new members to the team if we see an area that needs to be filled.

We are giving everyone a chance to be a part of HarmonyCoin, and that is exactly what HarmonyCoin is all about. It will take everyone coming together and being a community on the level of Blackcoin or Dogecoin’s community to really help HarmonyCoin transcend Cryptos and push into mainstream investing. Our IPO is being hosted by Bittrex and Escrowed by Bittrex-Bill. Funds will not be released to us until after wallets, and source code and released and working.
We have taken the steps to make this a safe IPO, and we have no problem being 100% transparent. Fund from the IPO will have a ldger associated with them showing how the funds are being used.


Future goals
We are working on Anon features which will emphasized more during POW, but long term her are some of our big goals.

Mainstream Visibility: Cryptos are currently not seen as a professional investment, and through the top cryptocoins we believe that Bitcoin doesn’t have to be the only cryptocoin on a mainstream investment level. So far Darkcoin and Litecoin have made the most progress with this, but we are looking to beyond even what they have done. Advantages we have over them is that HarmonyCoin offers a 6% annual interest, so it is automatically accumulating even if not being traded. We are looking to crack into Wall-Street investment money, and will do this through hedge fund connections, as well as we are in pre-planning stages of organizing a Crypto only Hedge Fund.

Marketplaces: We expect that within the next 3 months HarmonyCoin will be able to be used to purchase a wide variety of products from many merchants. CryptoAdvisor and Dailymodo will work towards finding merchants and advertising HarmonyCoin as a virtual currency. Fernand0x will build a marketplace for HarmonyCoin, as he has already done this for Goalcoin.

Crypto Research: As stated earlier, one of our big focuses is to analyze Cryptos. This entire market is currently in its infant stages, and we plan to spend some of the IPO to analyze the trends, the direction, and the future possibilities for Cryptos. We will use this data to develop special software and features that will give HarmonyCoin an advantage above all other altcoins. This is the key for making Harmonycoin a long-term coin.

Special Dual-Wallet: We are also working towards making a special wallet that can hold BTC and HMY. This wallet is planned to have features, such as an automatic HMY to BTC conversion. The plan is that users will be able to buy or sell HMY directly in the wallet at current prices without the need of any exchanges. We are very excited about this development and believe it could be a huge advance in the crypto world.


Just wanted to make a statement on what we are working on right now:

We are actively looking to create merchant adoption, and will be focusing some time to come up with ideas on how to do that on a wide scale level. This is where SRHsoulja is assisting us, some trolls act like he is not helping us at all, but he supports this coin and is excited to see it head in a positive direction. He is not an official member of the team, which is the misundestanding we both had, but he is going to be a part of it at some level.

We are in the process of developing a wallet that can hold both BTC and HMY. Through this wallet you will be able to instantly buy or sell your HMY without the use of an exchange.

We are looking to add one or two more official developers to the team, to help with mobile features for Harmony. The goal will be to be able to accept HMY through mobile applications,

Lastly, for now, we are working on setting up a wordpress plugin which merchants can adopt to accept payment.

Has a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and will use those skills to lead the business and marketing side of HarmonyCoin. Cofounder of HarmonyCoin. Head developer for HarmonyCoin. Is a professional software developer and a CEO of a company that provide innovative corporate software solutions. Has been involved in Cryptos for over a year as both a miner and a trader, and has acquired a strong contact list through that. Founder and Head-Developer for GoalCoin and has developed cutting edge additions for it, such as an online marketplace, and an official crypto sports betting site coming soon. Fluent in many coding languages, and confident in his ability to learn any language if needed.

Triplef
Official Pool and Multipool Manager as well as being a Key Developer for HarmonyCoin. Has over 26 years of coding development experience, and has professionally developed software for over 20 years. He built the Multipool for HarmonyCoin, and has built three other multipools which are all running on a high-level. Will manage relationships for Multipools and manage developing further additions to our current multipool, such as automatic payouts on Bittrex.

RayHernandez
Head Graphic Designer and Head UI Specialist. Has a graphic design degree with a minor in UX and is runs a small US based graphic design company. Is in charge of all graphics associated with HarmonyCoin and all graphics associated with sites or marketplaces built around HarmonyCoin. Is also in charge of managing the User Interfaces for all software developed around HarmonyCoin.

Head Advertiser for Harmony Coin. Has over 6 years in Online advertising through websites and social media. Has a professional degree in Accounting, and currently works as a part-time accountant. Got into cryptos 2 years ago, and has been very active in it ever since. Stopped being a full-time accountant to dedicate more time to cryptos. Speaks three languages fluently, and is learning coding.

Charity Foundation
As stated at the top 0.5% of POW blocks mined will be sent to an address which will be donated to a charity. We believe that this coin should do something good for someone more than just investors and the cryptocommunity, so that is why we decided to donate. In total there should be 20,160 HMY coins in the charity foundation at the end of the POW phase, and we will post that wallet address when the POW phase begins. We will be actively searching for a charity, but we are specifically looking for something that helps endangered animals, or members of third-world countries who are most in need.
