Which is the best international debit card?

I am wondering which bank offers the best debit card which has all the features into it and is indeed cheap to own these days and is flexible too. I have citibank debit card but found it to be not as good as they advertise, is there any other banks which offer good debit cards?

Well i find HDFC is the best. that's why i switched to ICICI to HDFC. its giving you a gold debit card which allows you to shop in all countries. and you can get some back offers too. try HDFC or read it hear in HDFCbank.com:) thank you:)
