I have a few questions regarding debit cards and hopefully you can help me:
- do you need to prove your personal identity in order to get such a card or use it on ATMs?
- can you withdraw money from any country in the world?
- can anybody tell me where to get a card that I can use without sending copies of my passport or anything like this?

I have googled all over the net for the safe and sheep abilities for changing e-currency to cash. Since the New York Credit Union crash at the beginning of this year it is hard to find alternative for the G-card.
I was registered at FavoCard to get there card which as they promise will provide a quick withdrawals and e-currency exchanging services, but since the time I registered I was not able to get the card. But last week I have received the news letter telling that FavoCard visa electron debit card is available for ordering. From the time I registered the card fees have changed, but they look similar like the other cards, but have some benefits that suites me.
Has anyone already had such card? Any info will be appreciated. There is a lot of info over the internet but it is differs from site to site and it is hard to make an objective opinion.
- Some anonymous debit cards no need proof of identity to be able to use on ATM but they usually applied some low withdrawal limit.
- Yes as long as those countries have the ATM network that card supported.

Hi, I purchased a Virtual Money Card and I had to send in personal information that I did not want anyone to see. Sometimes when you deal with this type of business you have to take a risk. The card I had could be used in any country that supported it.
yes , you can withdraw the money from any counry in the world in there currency before that your card should be acceptd interantionally and proof of prsonal is required in some caes.
You don't have to prove any personal identity to collect cash from atm.
If your debit card is an international card, then you can get cash from any country of the world.
YOu canot open any bank account without giving your personal details and but you can open it without using passport.
well you need give your identity to get your Debit card(i don't know about other countries but in india you will get a debit card along with your bank account.) if you have a international debitcard ( international debitcard means VISA ones) you can use it in all the other countries. you won't get a card with out giving your details because it comes along with your bank account. hope i provided you all the information you needed thank you:)

I bought a debit card from e-Forexgold.com
THere is no cardholder name on the card, but you have to provide a copy of your ID and utility bill with your address when ordering the card.
The card can be funded by most e-currencies, I use it to withdraw Liberty Reserve and pecunix. Works great.
