i am agree with you yogibrood,that smell the rip or what i think,the card works but until the moment where she will be stop like many debit card seller and if you havent verify your id or something like that ,you cannot take back your funds.

so i would like know if someone can advice me a serious debit card seller who can clarely say wich ways of reload there is, in how many time it s reloads,and the most important professional please who check the id ,thanks

If you yourself are interested in having one, and U R residing in the States, you don't need a middleman to handle it...

However, if you STILL insist on having something equivalent like that, click on the link in my siggy here below that says, Fact-Finding Fund Thread and once there, look up in the very 1st post and you can try obtaining a similar one from a US Bank in California, even though you are NOT an American or NOT residing in the USA... it's your choice and a safe one too!
