I joined the program under you recently. I would like to purchase some more
HYVUM® Units. When could I "resell" HYVUM® Units if I buy now?

I would guess only, within two months. But that only my guess.
We are currently in the process of finalizing the Live Unit Market, and the
launch is scheduled for the beginning of March.

Amityfunds Update - Published 08.02.2007
Today we have some important news to share regarding further development of Amityfunds.
HYVUM Update
As many of you have noticed, we have now removed the option to purchase additional HYVUM Units.
The reason for this is we have decided to launch the HYVUM Live Unit Trademarket shortly, and we have isolated all HYVUM related functionality for our final phase of implementation and testing.
We assure you all loan programs and any other non-HYVUM related activity will remain unaffected by these implementations.
The Unit Market is scheduled for launch in the beginning of March and once opened, all Amityfunds Associates and Amityfunds Merchants can participate in the unit trading.
Remark: Be adviced: During this month, the Amityfunds site will be taken down (set in maintenance mode) from time to time.
New Features
We are implementing a lot of new features, and we can mention
* Real Time funding with HOI, E-Gold, E-Bullion
* Real Time funding with Credit Card/Towah Accounts
* E-mail referrals
* Plus many other improvements...
New HOI Cards
Today Hatfield Oak International published good news regarding their new cards. In short it said that their new card solution would be available during the next 3 weeks. Please log in to your HOI account to get all details on this update.
Funding & Withdrawal Processing
Due to the huge growth we are experiencing, and the increased time spent each day processing fundings & withdrawals, we have decided to implement realtime funding and limiting withdrawals to 1 withdrawal request per week. Withdrawal requests will from now on be processed every Tuesday. We hope for your understanding in this matter. We are mowing towards becoming a fully automated system both with funding and withdrawals.
Please be aware that the next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are non-banking days in Panama.
However, I checked with Amity Management and they will be sending withdrawals as usual on Tuesday.
The holidays in Panama will only affect the ROL.
It's now possible, to make direct contact with your direct referrals in the back office.
Its a great new time saving feature.
M
The new once a week withdraw and payment system is working great.
I know some people were just a little nervous about the change
but all withdrawals were paid and now people are relaxed and
happy with all the exciting additions in and around Amityfunds.
Especially with the new multimax partnership.
AmityFunds is ranked 16 at HYIP - High Yield Investment Programs - The Best HYIP Network, Advice, Tools and Resources
Just learned that Amityfunds now has instant funding of accounts from Hatfield Oak, e-Bullion, and e-Gold...
Next on the to-do list for Amity will be instant withdrawals...
It just gets better!
I was very sceptical of this program for quite some time, but I have checked into it as best I can, and found myself a sponsor at 'The top of The Tree' who has answered all my questions.
The info supplied so far by Megaplex has been true and accurate and confirmed by my sponsor, so i'm jumping in on this one.
Good luck to all who join.
Excellent, dont forget the awesome back up you have, megaplex Tv
megaplex Blog, and megaplex top 10 in all search engines, Plus a $1200
network prize for those that enter the Megaplex opt in newsletter.
Megaplex fame at MMG for random e-gold give aways.
Good fortunes here for those that dare.
would like to commence Megaplex Rol when invited.

Hi,
Just a quick note to report that my withdrawals are still en route,
and everything is like clockwork.
Looks like Amity will be the big hit of 2007. When more people
start to understand the solidity of this program, there will be
a momentum that will result in increased volume and probably
more and even better programs offered.
Not that we have any reason to complain with the existing
programs though...
I'll take 1,95% daily anytime before I jump onboard with any
of those "burning hot 50% per hour" ponzies...
All the best,

Amityfunds Update - Published 25.02.2007
Dear Amityfunds Member,
Our support team are reporting getting many questions regarding our new partner Multimax Network these days. We would like to ask that questions directly related to Multimax Network be directed to MMN support: MMN Support.
We have tried to answer the most common questions posted to our support team these days on our newly created DID YOU KNOW-page, which can be found in the menu to the left.
Real Time Funding
As many of you have discovered, we now support real-time funding from Hatfield Oak International (HOI), e-gold and e-Bullion. We are also planning the implementation of real-time withdrawals to HOI. Real-time withdrawals to e-gold or e-Bullion will NOT be implemented (withdrawals to e-gold and e-Bullion will still be available as it is today). The reason real-time withdrawals to e-gold and e-Bullion will not be implemented, is because these solutions don't satisfy our security level specifications for these type transactions (these regulations are in place to protect your funds).
The HYVUM Launch
As informed earlier, the HYVUM trade floor will be opened in March. During our final programming and testing phase, the "old" HYVUM documents have been pulled from the web site. These documents will be replaced close to the actual launch.
We would like to assure all our members who put your trust in the HYVUM during the HYVUM pre-launch phase, that you will have many reasons to be extremely excited with the HYVUM launch. Stay tuned!
We aim to streamline our operations, avoiding unnecessary time consuming administration, allowing focusing our time and efforts on securing the quality in everything we do, including finding the right monetary tools for our projects, supporting you our members and so on.
We hope you are all satisfied with our work...

Amityfunds Update - Published 01.03.2007
After yesterday’s wild moves, the global financial markets spent the day licking its wounds. Although government officials from around the world tried to pacify the markets by suggesting that things may not be as bad as they seemed the degree of today’s recoveries indicate that traders may not be buying it. They will be reluctant to get back into the markets in force after having bailed out as quickly as they did. Starting with the Chinese government, officials at the Ministry of Finance reassured international investors that they are not planning to take some heat off of the economy by enacting a capital gains tax. The initial trigger for yesterday’s liquidation was concerns about Chinese growth and tighter restriction on foreign investment.
Our traders and financial staff view yesterdays events as a “worst case scenario”, but they still managed to come out on top! Given the unpredictability of the global market we feel very confident that we are offering excellent products and services to you, our members! Our financial staff and traders have yet to fail making money, in good times and bad...
Even though yesterdays events have caused a dip in our PLP-1 loan program results, we have great confidence that our PLP-1 results will be improved again shortly. No other loan program was affected by yesterdays events!
Down to less than 1% at 0.11%
We commit to maintaining our high level of financial growth, and we will continue the development of our loan programs and systems to serve you all to the best of our ability.
In twelve months of trading AmityFunds has always made profits.
Most of the talking heads appearing on CNBC following last Wednesday's 400+ point pummeling of the Dow Jones Industrial Averages have parroted the same line. They're all chirping: "Now's the time to buy, there is a bunch of bargains out there."
It goes to the old adage about stock brokers: "They are mostly wrong but never in doubt." I'm going with Yogi Berra on this one, "It ain't over 'til it's over."
Based on what I see, this little "hiccup" looks far from over. I see more down days ahead from China that adds a whole new layer of risk to the markets, Believe me, the so-called "solid underlying economic fundamentals" can morph quickly in this type of environment.
China Syndrome - the Selling May Not Be Over
Ground zero for the global financial disturbance this week flowed from a one day crash of 9% in the Chinese stock market. How could a relatively small, emerging market trigger such a big sell off in more "stable" and "liquid" capital markets in the U.S., Europe and Japan? It's because so many investors have grown so complacent for so long that even the slightest hint of real risk returning to the equation scared the daylights out of them.
Major funds across the globe are extremely leveraged (continually borrowing money to invest more). Fund managers welcome this leveraging because over the last several years, they've become conditioned that financial assets can only go one way - up.
When so many large players --the "Master of the Investment Universe" types -- are that exposed, it only takes a small fraying at the edges to force them to liquidate investments. When the "*******" all rush for the exits at the same time, the markets can turn nasty in a hurry and on a global scale, as we witnessed on Tuesday. Many of these funds are no doubt highly exposed to China, with both financial and real asset investments. So, if the correction ain't over in China - it's also quite probable that selling by major funds may continue.
Chinese citizens are gambling in their stock market in a big way. In fact, many borrowed against their homes in order invest and get rich in the stock market. (This reminds me of when the Nasdaq was soaring in the late 1990s. I was working on the active trader desk at Charles Schwab at the time. Over and over, novice investors told me that they were thinking of quitting their jobs to become full-time traders. We know that ended badly.)
Speculative Frenzy in the Chinese Markets
In January alone, the number of new traders on the Chinese stock exchange jumped by a whopping 1.38 million people. That's an increase of 134% from the month earlier. In January 2007, volume on the Chinese stock exchange surged by a stunning 700% from a year earlier. That, my friends, qualifies as an investment mania no mater how you slice it. Such a mania always ends badly. This mania will also end badly, but it hasn't ended yet.
Either the Chinese authorities attempt to reign in this mania now, or even more people will be hurt in China later. This is why the government has been trying to clamp down on speculation, which triggered the 9% plunge on Tuesday in China. But one day does not change the game. I believe we will see more volatility in Chinese market in the weeks or months ahead. I'm not sure of the timing, but given how far stocks have soared in China beyond their underlying fundamentals, it tells me there may still be further to go on the downside.
This Week's Market Debacle Proves Three Key Points
Maybe the global markets won't be surprised the next time this happens. As I said, despite China's enormous growth, its domestic stock market is still relative small compared to the capitalization in other markets across the globe. But this week's debacle, flowing from China, highlights three key points:
Financial markets are tightly interlinked across the globe now that fund managers and the average investor own a large amount of shares outside his or her home country
This game of trading, speculation, or investment, whatever you care to call it, is still a game of human nature. Buying and selling is based on emotions - sometimes irrational - of fear and greed when boiled down to its essence.
There may be a lot more risk underneath the surface in China than most of us recognize.
This is why I find it crazy that talking heads (sometimes referred to as "analysts and experts") are jumping into the breech here to recommend investors buy stocks on this "correction." There's just no way to know for sure at this point. But sometimes what appears to be a buying opportunity is really the best-selling opportunity you will see for a while.
That's why you need to be careful when listening to most of these talking heads in the media, trying to justify their perpetual bullishness based on the "facts" and telling us it's time to buy.
Not until you see most of these same experts appearing on CNBC totally demoralized, and suggesting it's time to sell, will we have a pretty good indication that this correction is over.

Your last post was moved to your thread inn here. Please do not post hyip info in our general talk forum!.
admin
whoops I thought that was where I posted, must'nt have been paying attention.
Hi Megaplex,
I am also quite happy with the new syndication program. Was not aware that is was directly linked to real estate investments, but if that's the case I find it very positive.
I am very much looking forward to when the unit market is starting. Do you happen to know how often the dividends from the units will be payed out?
All the best,
>wave
If you joined Amity by April 5th, then you can participate in the HYVUM trading contest they are having April 6-15. Login and see the announcement.
Download the pdf of the explanation of the trade platform.
Everyone starts with the same balances and prizes to the top 10 traders. This is part of final testing and not real trading.
The platform runs in your browser! Which is so kewl as I have a Mac! It's running fine in Firefox.
I am having fun in there.. come on in!
TIPS: platform is updated every 1 minute.. so when you place a trade, do it promptly after a refresh. If you haven't completed it and the refresh starts, the refresh empties the fields you were putting info in.
Now eagerly awaiting the start of the unit market trading.
Will be very exciting to see how this will work IRL.
Anybody knows if the market will just include units sold
up until market opens? Or will there be some additional units
included in the system in any way?
I opted for the syndicate program, and am now watching
it grow for the mandatory 30 days of compounding.
All is well,
>wave
Any news on when the unit market will start?
Anyone?
>wave
Yes!
Unit market is open, and working like a charm.
Accounts were credited 0,7 dollars per unit from the pool.
Quite happy with that, as I bought quite a lot of extra units
the last weeks at 0,2.
That gives a (theoretical) return of about 350% in two weeks...
Of course, the returns given are placed in the mandatory account,
which I had to buy more units for. But when they are available to
sell after 7 days, I will see how the market is operating and what
is possible to reap from it.
Everything is still looking good in Amityland. If you would like to
join and have an educated upliner who can guide you through the
process, feel free to PM me.
>wave
If the HYVUM is properly understood and supported it can return
Far greater profits than any of the current loan programs that amity
is offering.
Once the HYVUM is fully operational it will have advantages
over the current loan programs that will make it very attractive.
The 20% mandatory rule is good.
Able to sell Units at anytime which gives you the
opportunity to regain your capital at any time.
For every unit owned you receive a dividend, therefore
you can earn from the ownership of units as well as the
profits gained from buying and selling.
Buying and selling of units has a fee part of this fee
goes towards the profits that are paid out to unit holders.
If you were used to earning $100 a day from your loan
program and now its $80 just let your loan program
compound two weeks and this will bring you up to
the same level again with the added bonus of having
a lot more units, thus increasing the value of your Amity
portfolio.
Speeds up the sale of the remaining units and therefore
the Unit market will open sooner rather than later.
M
I am all for the HYVUM.
It makes the whole thing a lot more interesting.
However, one detail bugs me a bit. The HYVUM pool, that have been growing
for quite some time now, is suddenly gone.
The 7M return has not been really paid to us, but has been "taken" by
Amityfunds by having the remaining 6 million units being available for sale
by mandatory funds.
Now, of course this means that unit holding members got more units.
And in the long run this will be very profitable when the HYVUM is working
with a steady demand/supply of units.
But for now, the pool that was supposed to give 3% daily dividend to unit
holders have been spent, transferred to Amity as payment for the remaining
units. What will then create the future return per unit?
Let me emphasise that I have no interest in complaining or creating any
negative energy on this. I can also see how this move was practical from
the company's point of view. Bacup capital is always good. I am merely
interested in understanding how the future strategy for this goes.
After all, one of the elements that makes the HYVUM attractive is that the
units are creating dividends. That is what makes the units something more
than just a mandatory puchase.
So then, the return need to come from some base capital. Which, as I
understand is no longer available for placement.
Anyone care to enlighten me on this?
>wave
Sounds about right.
I look forward to a brief on how the pool will function
in the future. I see huge potential here, and look
forward to hear the strategy on taking this further.
>wave
Hi,
I would like to urge all Amity members to log in to their
HYVUM market and use their mandatory funds to buy units.
That way, the last units will be sold out faster, and the HYVUM
will be open for normal trading amongst members.
You will have to use your mandatory funds to buy units anyway,
so might as well do it now. If you wait, you may have to pay more
than the current 0.5000 per unit.
Let's go :-)
>wave
The Amity site has been down, and rumours have it they have
had some virus or hacker attack.
The site was first down for about 36 hours, but then
up again for some hours wednesday night (GMT).
Now it's down again, so probably more of the same.
Sending the Amity staff all good vibes to restore their
system and maybe upgrade the compromised parts of
their security.
>wave
This is good news, and they are processing withdrawals,
only delayed by a manual check on each transaction
before final deposit to client Hatfield account.
I trust AF will upgrade their security level to avoid
more disturbances. There are always ignorant people
out there trying to mess up a good system or sabotage
it for their own gain.
Good times ahead. Amity is still my best tip for 2007.
>wave
When I try to log in at Amity, I get a notification from
Windows that the security certificate for that page has
expired.
Strange that this should happen right now, maybe not
a coincident.
Could it be somethings that is happening due to more hacker attempts
on the page? Someone fishing passwords?
If you opt for installing the new security certificate, you allow a download
and install to your computer. May be some virus or trojan included?
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Very happy with the recent updates, sounds like the crew has
the situation all under control.
