How to place a bid, in order to acquire a contract�s lien or bond?
- At your personal profile, go to �Available Contracts� area, where you will be presented with a full list of contracts ready to place a bid at. Each contract has a different set of metrics, which essentially will define its potential profitability and timing upon you may gain the revenue in a form of the Margin Difference Factor (shown as M.D.F.).
Once you have chosen a proper contract to bid at, click on �Join for SUM now!� button, where �SUM� shows as a definition of the entrance�s bid.
Once you have placed your bid, the contract will display at the �My Contracts� section, where you will be able to monitor the status of the lot purchased, as well as other contracts acquired.
How long do I have to wait, before the M.D.F (Margin Difference Factor) is released?
- The contract�s expiration timer will primarily define the M.D.F.�s release date. As soon as the timer is expired, all bidders will be credited with an available balance, based on their bidding activity and the date joined to a particular lot.
What happens if the contract becomes expired?
- As soon as the contract becomes expired (when the timer is over), it will no longer accept any bids and will remain active only for those, who have previously acquired its terms.

As you can see, the first pool contract is full of investors, so is not possible to invest. In this example you could invest in the other 2 (blu bottom space), one for 39$ that expires in about 2days and the other one for 799$ and expire in 13 days. MDF is the return if you invest in that moment, the longer is the timer untill expirations, the more will be the return.
