Dear all,

the trader is communicating that the exchange back from safety funds is not possible as the bank transfer shown above in the news channel has been rejected by the exchanges bank due to a high volume transaction, therefore the traders bank has cancelled and closed the trading account, the funds now have to be tranferred to other OTC exchange desks in Dubai. Until the funds are transferred in cryptocurrency to the backoffice of CTFY, we can not continue with yields and payouts.
