A M Jewellers is the brainhild of the founder named Mr. Joseph K. Salsbury. It was founded in the early 1980s with just five pieces of jewellery and a handful of Welsh retailers. 26 years later, we sold all over the world in leading jewellery stores and on some of the world's best airlines, cruise ships and airports.
A M Jewellers is a jewellery manufacturer based in North Wales, United Kingdom, that has been creating unique, handcrafted jewellery and watches containing Welsh gold since 1982.
With just a handful of products and 5 employees over 30 years ago, we are now established as one of the leading jewellery brands on the UK high street, and our jewellery is available in over 500 UK outlets, as well as airlines, cruise ships, and airports worldwide.
Within every item of A M Jewellers is a measured amount of Welsh gold taken from the St. David's Gold Mine in Snowdonia, North Wales, UK. This makes us unique to other jewellery brands.
This is the same gold that has been used to create generations of pure Welsh gold wedding rings for the British Royal Family, including the ring worn by Catherine Middleton on her marriage to Prince William.

With a range of over 400 product lines A M Jewellers has come a long way since the idea was first conceived in 1979 and the eventual launch of 5 product lines in 1982.
Today, we are one of the fastest growing jewellery brands on the UK high street, and we stand proud amongst some of the strongest brands in the industry.
We utilise many B2B and B2C channels to market such as independent and multiple jewellery stores, department stores, travel retail in-flight magazines, TV shopping channels, and direct mail.
As a result, our jewellery is available in over 500 outlets throughout the UK (not including the travel retail sector).
Turnover has risen sharply over the last few years by approximately 30% year-on-year and we are consistently ranked in the top 3 selling gold and silver brands in the UK between the £150 to £500 price segments. Despite the economic downturn, sales of A M Jewellers continue to increase across all channels.
