Default Why do you need an offshore account?

This was a subject I've investigated for years. Today an elderly lady and I got into a discussion that ignited my memory. I did a search an here's the best article I found regarding this subject. Do your own thinking.

This is not my website and I don't promote their products but the information in the article is impeccable. Hope you enjoy the read.

    Peace7,

I don't condone the teachings found on that website. Not that I disagree with them, but you will basically make it impossible for yourself to have any semblance of normal living in this country.

Below is an excerpt of a post from another forum that may shed some light on my opinion. It was in response to a politically motivated post(involving Social Security), but definitely hits the nail on the head regardless of subject...

"Very Interesting Post. The only problem with it is, that it presumes that
'Democrats' are the culprits as if to say that the Republicans offer an
elixer to solve these problems or any reasonable alternative. This
argument, (which party is better) is for losers as both paths lead to
hell. The only difference is the song they sing along the way.

The entire system, Democrats and Republicans and all the people involved
(including the ignorant voting public and complicit media) are just as
guilty for pillaging the public funds and trust, ignoring our historical
values and the foundational principles of the organic law and foundational
documents and there now seems to be no system of accountability, no justice or law in the courts and no media which want to know or uphold the truth because the spineless citizens don't demand it.

The entire societal framework has deteriorated and as such, I see no hope
to ever correct it without a wholesale rebirth of values. Too many people
and special interests have discovered the benefits of being able to pillage
the public trust via politics. And until the abuses and largess become
so pervasive and unmanageable, or unsustainable and we have riots in the
streets (which spineless citizens won't do) it will only continue.

This means that for those of us who are aware, and have traditional values
and assets we want to protect, we are on our own to manage our own affairs
in a way that steers clear from the 'system of thieves and marauders' in
public office, every single one of them, no matter what label or symbol
they put on their lapel !

To better understand this situation, and all politics and the extremes they
    impose on their people, do a search for;

    THE LAW

    by Frederick Bastiat

It is a short book written by a Frenchman in the 18th century which will
open your eyes to understanding ! You can find it online ."

Hope that helps you. I've chosen the path to depend on myself and joined a group who understands and has chosen to take action on their own.

    Have a nice visit!

Default The rights of the individuals

If you are looking fo one site that has the most info on Sovereignty, check out the link below. This site is run by Sir Richard James, McDonald, whom I've personally known for 15 years. He has taken on agencies of government to prove that we are all Sovereign.

The rights of the individuals are restricted only to the extent that they have been voluntarily surrendered by the citizenship to the agencies of government. City of Dallas v Mitchell, 245 S.W. 944

    Remarkable indeed!

I particularly find this statement within the paragraphs as an eyebrow raiser....

Unbeknownst to most people, the class termed "US citizen" did not exist as a political status until 1866. It was a class and "political status" created for the newly freed slaves and did not apply to the people inhabiting the states of the union who were at that time state Citizens.

"On the other hand, there is a significant historical fact in all of this. Clearly, one of the purposes of the 13th and 14th Amendments and of the 1866 act and of section 1982 was to give the Negro citizenship. . ."
    Jones v. Alfred H. Mayer Co. (1967), 379 F.2d 33, 43.

"The object of the 14th Amendment, as is well known, was to confer upon the colored race the right of citizenship."
    United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U. S. 649, 692.

Mr. McDonald is not a racist or bigot but merely wishes that the reader understands that the class of people identified as "US citizens" were the NEWLY FREED SLAVES ONLY as was the intent of the drafters of the so-called 14th Amendment.

Interesting read for me too...thank you Heyoka.
