The admin from Deluxworldhyip.com is not doing as he promissed, and doesn't even know how to speak english when spoken to.

We made a banner ad that they were suppose to pruchase, when made he refused to pay, and wanted us to make a new one. We dont do that before we get paid for the ads, as the banner is made by our banner designer unless the hyip owner has their own banner.

I also asked a few questions about this hyip. Their admin failed to answer the questions i asked, and said as responce to my questions: BYE BYE!

At the moment they are rated by most hyip ranking sites as paying program. I would NOT INVEST anything with them.

Just a Gut feeling.
