There was no support. I wrote to the President of the program, who sounded very supportive and real in his promo. As soon as no response came from upline to three mailings, I wrote to him only to find no support or reply from him either. I wrote to three of the upline. Finally, only one responded with an indirect response, and then no longer.

In the same program, information came on the screen that was more complete and negating what was hinted at in the initial promotio to get sign-ups.

So, when is something scam? When promises are not kept, when billings are made that were not asked for in writing, when rebilling occurs without written request, when goods are not delivered and/or billing occurs anyway, etc, etc.
