Thanks for your e-mail.

Before you purchased in our Terms & conditions it clearly states, that tracking numbers are not despatched to clients, by paying you agreed to our terms.

We do appologise for the inconvienance & you have to realise we have more the 100 + orders a day, with clients asking for details - pins - Questions the work never stops.

We strive to do our very best in keeping all our clients update to date with the order, sometime this falls short due to extra workload. We can only follow up an order so much before we just despatch another order to you.

We havent messed you about or ate your money mate, your money is good as gold. As to the current circumstances, I believe there was some kind of issue for the last two orders despatched.

The alternative I can suggest and coursey of Edge One is to resend you a new fresh batch on Monday and cards to the value of £500.00, you will be emailed tracking number and pins but you will need to be a little patient.

We have had a lot of ordering incoming & outcoming, so been been extremely busy.

The package seems to be still on hold for some reason, we can obvioulsy ring up & ask why just in case it has been stopped, its most likey that the cards are all inactive by now.

What we intend to do is send you a new batch of cards via Fedex international global priority, this will be Monday 2nd March 2009, we will email you the tracking number as well, so that you can keep an eye on your parcel yourself.

I will update you with costs shortly, please confirm this is ok?
