It has come to our attention that someone has been posting in this forum promoting the website www.hymarkets.biz and claiming that this is a company of the same group as www.HYMarkets.com.

This is a complete lie. HY Markets is a trading name of Henyep Investment UK Ltd, regulated by the FSA and in no way related to hymarkets.biz.
These individuals have been illegally using our brand name, company logo and copyrighted material that they copied from our website in order to trick people into believing they are the same company.

We have already informed the authorities in various jurisdictions and their hosting company who have proceeded into blocking their account. Also E-Gold was alerted of this scam and they have blocked all of their accounts so that they can't continue their illegal operations.
With the purpose of protecting potential investors from such fraud we would like to inform all interested parties that www.hymarkets.com is the only website associated with Henyep Investment Group and the only one through which traders can receive our high quality services.

If you have been contacted by anyone from hymarkets.biz or anyone else claiming to be part of the Henyep Group and you have any suspicions please send an email to [email protected] and we will help you sort things out.
