TroyBank is a Lender as well as a Borrower

TroyBank is not, has not been, and will not ever be a scam.
Today the CEO sent out an email indicating that somone notified officials in Estonia to investigate TroyBank and this involved taking the sites down until this is complete.
The same person notified E-Gold that no one was being paid and made a lot of unsubstantiated accusations.
A little investigating revealed who had done this and it turns out that Talkgold were the culprits. This is no surprise since the TG mandate is to shut down ALL programs that they are not involved with.
TroyBank are not going anywhere and will return when the Estonian investigation is completed. The Estonian officials just need to know what investment vehicles that TroyBank are using. Since this will be easy for them to demonstrate, TroyBank have every intentons to make good their investments and the shares.
IT is very ilogical for TroyBank to close its business and runaway because it is also lending funds to its members. If TroyBank closes and disappears it can no longer collect interests and the loan principals from its members who have receieved loans from TroyBank. I Beleive TroyBank is Not Going Anywhere. No need to be "panicked".

Troy Bank ain't going anywhere!
Hi Pinetree,
thanks for your great post.
I must admit that yesterday, when the site was down for so long, I had the usual "sick" feeling and thought.. here we go again! :sads:
I just received the email from admin also, and I did already think before you said so that Troy Bank will not be going away as they stand to lose from not collecting on the loans given to members.
Those people on TalkGold who did this should be ashamed of themselves! :wigged:
Must be hard for them to get people to join their programs, so they have to try and bring down everyone else. I think they chose the wrong target this time! :ro_emote:
Cheers,
Kathy
Troy Bank is one of the few GOOD investments out there!
I wouldn't trust Talkgold as far as I could throw the Eiffel Tower! Their reputation is one of supporting the SCAMmers! They seem to crap on all the good sites (not that there are many of them). The Troy Bank folks are different because they make beaucoup money on loans and on creditcard processing. This is the major reason for the Estonia Finance inspectors concerns. I had the opportunity to speak to their North American rep. He's a rather sharp fellow with a significant investment in TB himself. I believe the situation will resolve favorably soon - sit tight.
Talkgold dumpster divers!!

This was a comment made over at TG regarding how long Troybank have been in business.
This answer was posted by "Dicko" and it is clearly obvious that he knows nothing about Troybank and is parreting the rantings of others to make himself appear knowledgable.
The verifiable facts are that TB have been in the investment business since the fall of 1996 and have had several brief online exposures testing different programs.
In August of 2006 they went online as Troybank, but played a low profile until 2007 when they officially launched the Troybank group of programs.
The present investigation in Estonia by the financial dept of that country is largely due to the fact that TB is not registered in Estonia, but is registered elsewhere. The "so called" gurus at TG are so wrapped up in the legistics of past programs that have proven to be scams, that this is all they can see.
Will Troybank re-start and continue the programs they
have been running, along with the shares offer? From everything I have heard and have seen, it wouldn't make sense for them to fold now since they have so much time and money invested, they would loose far more if they ran and stand to make much more if they return after this investigation. Incidentally, this investigation likely would not be happening IF Talkgold had minded their own business and allowed TB to get the shares registered and the returns circulated.
This is not the first time that Talkgold have instigated an investigation of a program with the prime purpose of getting it shut down. When a program starts encrouching on the programs that they administer and push, they play dirty ball.
