    Nothing is permanent. That’s why there will come a time that you need to move out of a place. Most people are renting for their apartments. If they feel moving out for any reasons, they can do so. But, moving out is an exhausting process. You will need to pack all your things and think of a transportation to bring it in your new place. Once you arrived at your new apartment for example, you need to unpack your things. Isn’t it exhausting? What if you look for another person to do the job for you?     The business owner is correct...the peole who make the cleaning decisions for their business do not look on craigslist--unless they are desperate!
    There are several ways, though, for you to make contact with them.
    1. Cold call drop in. Either you're lucky and can talk with the decision maker right then, or make an appointment. Have business cards and an attractive flyer ready...oh, and your bidding form and contract-one never knows!
    2. Call and make an appointment. Make sure you're not 'squeezed' in...you want their full attention.
    3. send an introduction letter, followed by a phone call within the week. Try to set an appointment to give a free estimate.
    Always be professional-in your appearance, speech, literature and confidence.
