Do other sorts of things like replacing old plants with new ones, putting up new magazines, or give the walls a fresh coat of paint. Make sure to liven up the place with more things that will make it look brighter, and make employees get motivated to work.

For the harder tasks, hire someone to do the general cleaning; like dusting off the floor, the carpet, cleaning the rest rooms and conference halls, and windows.
