Thread: how to promote my other blog

I know this has been answered hundreds of times but I want to see more answers.
I made this blog: SF-Zone :: Programing and Designs
It is at the beginning so there aren't many posts. How do I promote my blog for free?
I also have a free script that I made there, but until now it doesn't have to many downloads.

Try posting comments in many of your same niche sites, but leave only quality comments and also add your blog address in the web******* forums like rolclub and many other similar forums. submit your blog to blog directories and social bookmarking services, etc.
