It is the contract that binds the franchiser and the franchisee to the franchise relationship and indicates the terms and conditions of the franchise.
The greatest mistake many franchisees make is not reading the whole franchise agreement since it is long and usually has a minimum of 30 pages. While it is good to ask a lawyer to review the contract, the franchisee must first read and try to understand its contents, and to make sure he or she is willing to abide by its terms.

The franchise (in insurance) — provided by conditions of insurance (reinsurance) clearing of the insurer (overcautious person) of indemnification of the insurer (reinsurer), not exceeding the set size. The franchise happens conditional and unconditional. Also allocate time and cumulative franchises, the minimum size of a damage on which the insurance covering extends.
The franchise can be expressed as a proportional share (in percentage of the insurance sum, or a loss) or as absolute size (in money terms).
The size of the franchise and its type are established by the contract or insurance rules.
