Thread: Dealer Out of Chicago..

I have a pal who doesn't live anywhere near a Chase bank, but wanted to buy Dinar. I had told him I saw several people on the forums were buying from Chase.
So, he called the Main Branch in NYC. He talked to the Foreign Exchange Department and was shuttled on to others for over 1/2 hours. He was told by all that they didn't know anything about the Iraqi Dinar.
They finally referred him to J.P. Morgan.
He was so upset with these *****s and that didn't call Morgan.

What's the deal with Chase?

I live in New York, when i first contacted chase about the dinar they immediately notified me as to what branch in my area sold them and i havent had a problem since.
