When I purchased from Chase, they were adding a charge of around $80 for their transaction fee above the current CBI rate. When I bought the CBI rate was around $670 per million dinar, and I paid Chase around $750 per million dinar. So, with your info I would assume that Chase is keeping a similar margin between their sell price and the CBI rate. Thus, if Chase is selling around $886, the CBI rate is around $806 per million. Thus, 1,000,000 Dinar/$806 = 1240.69:1. Keep in mind Chase seems to be a little behind in updating their rates, so the CBI may even be further along than this.
