1. What is Juvio?
Juvio is a computer training and support company, offering both technical assistance to
computer users who encounter virtually any problem imaginable, and computer
educational training CDs (ETS™) for the computer novice to the computer expert.
Recently featured in The Wall Street Journal, our Microsoft-Certified technicians can
help with all of your computer hardware and software needs (Mac included). Our
training CDs will help to prepare you to get that better grade in school, become more
valuable to your company or just increase your overall satisfaction.
2. What operating systems do you support?
We currently support all major operating systems for PC, Mac, and Linux. For a

3. What don't you support?
We do not currently support commercial applications. We support only individuals, not
businesses or organizations. We are in the process of making available a support package
for medium size businesses, and will make it available as soon as possible. We will
support an individual with their personal questions on a work computer, or an individual
with a home office.

5. How do you differ from the support that came with my product?
Juvio is what tech support was always supposed to be. We offer a higher quality of
support that covers all of the software and peripherals running on your computer at one
time. Traditional tech support covers just one item for a limited amount of time, and often
enough, you’ll wait on hold for great lengths of time just to be rushed off the phone by
someone claiming that the responsibility to fix your problem rests with whoever built
your software or hardware. We don’t just cover a computer or a software program, we
support the most important component of your system…you, the user!
6. What languages do you support?
The list is always growing, as demand increases in certain countries. For a complete list,

7. Do you have the ability to take over my computer and fix the problem for me?
We do have this ability. This is a process known as remote hosting. When both the
technician and the customer feel that this is the best method for handling the problem, the
customer can grant us one-time permission to come into their computer and fix the
problem.
8. Will you come to my location and fix my computer?
We currently offer a very comprehensive tech support service that is completely off-site.
If your problem is one of a small minority of problems that requires on-site assistance or
physical replacement of parts, our technicians can offer you advice on finding a provider.
At this time, we do not handle on-site repairs.
9. What type of education training do your CDs offer for
computers?
We are constantly offering new ETS CDs to our customers. Our
current listing includes using the Internet, as well as many
Microsoft™ related applications.
10. Are you currently hiring?
Yes, we are always hiring to keep up with the fast pace of demand. We are very selective
and all of our technicians work out of our headquarters in San Diego, CA. If you’re

11. Can I cancel at any time? Is there a cancellation charge?
You may cancel your service subscription at any time. There is no cancellation charge.
12. Can I pay by check or money order?
Juvio accepts checks and money order.
13. Do you offer a Family Plan for technical support?
Yes we have recently introduced a Juvio Family Plan that supports up to 4 accounts and 8
computers.
14. Do you have corporate plans for technical support?
Not at this time. However, we are working on bringing new features to our services and
will notify all members once we have additional services available.
15. How long is my service contract, and is their any termination fee?
All of our memberships are on a month-to-month basis for the technical support service.
There is not a start-up fee nor is there any termination fee.
