    Default Weight loss exercises tips

    I've been going to the gym for the last couple of months to get better and lose some weight .I've lost 2 stone so far and am really enjoying it.
    I have really high blood pressure, because of which I am on ramiprilla and am under control .
    I go 3 times a week and do about an hour of cardio training and some weights .
    also any tips on other exercises that need to be done to break it down a bit
    Are there any other people here who work out a lot in the gym or do any exercises that could give some advice .

    To choose the optimal set of exercises for yourself, you should first understand your body constitution, where there are problem areas, and so on. Each person is different. Some like running more, some likes strength training in the gym. It all depends on your personal characteristics.
    The diet is also important. I advise you to start with this and develop a rapid start weight loss plan. It is best to do this together with a specialist. I can recommend to you a doctor I went to a year ago when I had problems with being overweight.
    He helped me a lot, and I finally managed to lose weight.
