Looking for help with Mikrotik API Ubiquiti UCRM

Hello, we are working with WISP, and we are looking for someone who understands the configuration of the MikroTik router to help us integrate the API with our client platform.
We are currently using Ubiquiti UCRM The UCRM platform has access to the MikroTik router, to which it has made the necessary changes, but does not restrict or terminate Internet access.
We can also prohibit clients in CRM scripts from CRM add an IP address to the list of PROHIBITED ones created in MikroTIK, but no rejection or redirection occurs.
If someone wanted to take a look at this, we would be ready to compensate them for the work. We need someone who understands networks, since this is a live network. We can't risk the network being disconnected for too long.

I have two coffee shops and believe me there is a lot of work to do every day. I need to analyze customer's preferences, needs, and always maintain our relationship.
