Bankruptcy in the US, return to the UK

Hi guys, and Happy New Year - I hope 2021 is very different from 2020.
I have a potentially interesting scenario concerning my partner and returning to the UK in a couple of years.
She is a US citizen and due to previous personal financial situations may soon in the next 6 months-declare bankruptcy. We have the means to support ourselves to return to the UK.
We are concerned that this may affect her visa application/documents or even her ability to come to the UK, but I don't see anything in or in the UK visa documents .gov.uk a website that mentions that you are bankrupt in the US-only that as long as you can support yourself and meet other visa criteria, you can come to the UK with your returning UK citizen spouse.

For her to get a visa you need £18,600 a year in income, or savings of £62,500
