I give them one star ONLY!

I tried to withdraw my money... Fbs say i need to comply two copy of my debit card. The issue was... I change my card about 6 (or more) month ago. So i don't have access to it anymore. They told me to get a bank verification. But the bank (maybank)said that the card doesn't exist in the system anymore. So... Basically my money is basically gone "puff" just like that. I don't know who's at fault. Is it the bank for not keeping track of history of my used debit card (which is for the best. For security reason). Or is it me for not informing fbs about changing my debit card. Or fbs is not a legitimate company. Or fbs IS a legitimate company but avoid paying their money back until they have no other choice but to sue them. Help me out guys i'm conflicted
