CSU's are People who approach E4L to buy Products directly. We can Pre-Order these Customers to be placed in our Matrix 30 days after Launching.

2) Why Can’t I be a VIP?




The VIP Pass was discontinued in July '07 marking the end of Pre-Launch and anyone who purchased a VIP Pass will be a VIP Member after Launch. VIP’s are an Elite group within E4L. There will always be Special News Bulletins, Offers, Competitions and Incentives to Reward VIP Members for being there first.

4) How do we get answers from Admin?



We use the Contact Form! This is in 7 sections and requires all fields to be completed. These forms will capture IP Addresses and is more secure than e-mail.

5) I Can't get in my Back Office?

Passwords can be requested. Go to your Website, type in your Username and click on "Forgotten Password" and it will be e-mailed to you. Record your log-in details in a diary or somewhere safe and never give your password out to anyone.

6) Why do I have 2 Sponsors?

You have a Personal Refferrer and you will be placed in their Matrix under them directly or under one of their Team Members according to the next place in the forced Matrix. You could have 2 'Level Sponsors' depending on the positioning in the Matrix.


7) How Can I Get My Commissions?

Commissions can be Claimed as long as there is a minimum of $10 in your account.

Fill in section 5. in the Contact Form to claim them. Do not use the drop-down option in the Back Office.

8) My Commissions My Commissions


You should type in your Username, ID#, Name, E-mail address and the Amount you wish to withdraw.
Commissions will be paid according to the method chosen in the Back Office ie. Paypal, AlertPay or Cheque. etc. Debit Cards will be available later this year, before Christmas.
Note: Ensure that your e-amail address is stated, especially if it is a different e-mail address for PayPal than your E4L e-mail address for example.


9) What is our Sales Quota?

For Members before Launch, their PAID Status will exhonorate them from any Sales Quota. For New Affiliate Members who purchase any Product in their first 7 days after signing into our Club, they will also recieve a Lifetime Paid Membership and will have to purchase One product each 90 days (per quarter) or Recruit/Sponsor One New Member to retain that status and fullfil their Sales Quota.

10) How Much is the Annual Membership?

The Membership Fees for E4L are $29.95 Annually.
Membership Fees to the Power Sellers Club and the Power Buyers Club have yet to be announced. VIP Members get an automatic Upgrade to these Clubs at No Charge.

11) How can I message my Team?

Right now, we do not have the facility to message our teams in bulk, however this will be available in the Back Office of the New Website.

12) What is Broad Match?

Broad Match is a way of revealing all downline e-mail addresses for Members beyond our first Level - or Personally Sponsored Members. It is NOT an invitation to message them all at will. It is also used to locate Members of our own downline with just a partial name or random ID#.

The Broad Match Option could become inaccessible once your Team grows over 500 Members.

13) When is the next International Convention?

APRIL 2008, is the proposed date for the next Convention. Location yet to be announced but probably in Las Vegas. Also next year proposed Cruises to Hawaii for VIP Members. Fun leisure trips.

14) What are the Power Buyers Club and the Power Sellers Clubs?

The Power Buyers Club is for those who want to take advantage on massive discounts on Individual personal purchases.

The Power Sellers Club is being set up for those who prefer to buy in bulk and at better discounts to purchase products for resale. These can be purchased for resale on eBay on-line Auctions or local fairs and yard sales etc. Minimum of any 5 mixed items from the Power Sellers Club. Prices are 'a little over profit margin.'

The suggested Fee for these two Clubs is $250 (to be confirmed) however, all VIP Members will have a FREE Automatic Upgrade into Both of these Clubs.

15) What is a MENTOR's Job?



MENTORS are people who can inspire, explain and motivate a new Member. Someone who is on hand with helpful answers and advice. A person who is committed and 100% reliable.


16) How much are MENTORS Paid?

There is No direct Pay for MENTORS. However, they are at liberty to pass on their links for their own Affiliate Business Building Leads companies e.g. Rent-a-List, Take the Internet Back etc. These should only be tools to help new Members to advertise and Promote their E4L Business. They can accrue residual incomes for the MENTOR. MENTORS are NOT PERMITTED to pass on ANY other Businesses or Programs they might be involved with under any circumstances. Please don't post your URL's and Links if you are NOT the MENTOR on Duty at the time.


17) What is SPAM?



Spam is sending any links or URL's to Anyone - UNINVITED! This includes sending messages to Upline as well as Downline or in e-mail campaigns. It includes randomly trying to recruit in a Social Networking Group or Chat Room uninvited. Members can and will be suspended and investigated and Fined in some cases unless they can prove that they had persmission to send such information or links. Proof needed will include written permission or authority from the complainant and ideally will have their e-mail address, IP Address and must be timestamped.



18) How do we order Products from E4L?



Products can be ordered direct from our own Websites. They can also be ordered from Splash pages on the Internet and also by telephone from the Call Centre. In the future, Mail-in Orders from the Catalogue can also be made via snail Mail with a cheque or Money Order.



19) Where can I advertise or Promote E4L?



Many places can be used. Many different methods too. You can advertise on the Internet: Classified Ads, E-mail Campaigns, Paid Ads, Click per view, Pay per view, Safe lists, Traffic exchanges, Site exchanges, Blogs, Social Networking communities, Forums, Chat Rooms, Viral lists, Write articles, Site links, Banner Ads.

Off the Internet is just as vast, using: Direct mail, Postcards, Telephone, Leaflets, letters, Business Cards, Notice Boards, Warm market, Word of mouth, Notice Boards, Reception areas, Flyers, Friends, Radio and the New Skype Casts.



20) How do we find Customers?



Using a mixture of all of the above. Whatever method is most comfortable, affordable and then step out of the box and be creative.



21) Why won't my mic work?

23) How do we earn Commissions?



Commissions are earned from sales. Everyone in your entire downline will earn you a Commission every time they sell al product, regardless of who brought them into your downline on all 7 levels of your Matrix.

100% Matching Bonus is paid for every Personally Sponsored Member that you introduce into E4L.



24) What is the 100% Matching Bonus?



1005 Matching Bonus is paid on every Personally Sponsored Member that You introduce. It is a second Income Stream and is HUGE! Each of your Personally Sponsored Members have the capability of filling their own 7-level Matrix (and beyond) and they will earn commissions from every sale that their team makes. YOU will be paid that exact amount also. It is a second stream of income over and above the Commissions you will earn from your own Matrix Sales. If you have 10 Personally Sponsored Members who earn $100 per month from their sales each,

You will earn 10 x $100 = $1,000 in Matching Bonuses.



25) What is a Matrix?



Matrix is the Downline formation of your Team We have a 3 x 7 Forced Matrix. This means that there are 3 Members on your first level and 7 levels. Members joining your team will be placed in the next available space and level automatically.

26) How do I train my Team?



Communication is key here. Keep them well informed and plug them in to the Conference Calls, the Forum and use your Upline to help. In many cases, finding out their motives/goals for joining your Team/Business will give the insight needed to know which way to steer them. Duplication is important for them to be confident in their prospecting and Keep it Simple!



Get to know your Team Members, talk to them and know their needs, befriend them. Identify if they require links for FREE or PAID Advertising. E-zines or Social Networking etc. Don't overwhelm them with dozens of links. Just give out a couple for them to try.



27) Non-Delivery or Damaged Orders?



Non-delivery of DVD's for example when reported to the Call Centre will result in a second order being shipped immediately. Non-Delivery of that order will result in an immediate third Order being dispatched, but this time it will be a Tracked Order for that Customer. Damaged Goods/Orders will be replaced immediately - No Questions Asked.



28) How do I keep track of Customers?



Customers will be placed in your Matrix and you will have their e-mail, ID# and address details available. They will be e-mailed automatically from Admin and informed of all New Product Categories added and Products launching.



You will have No Contact information on your Customers, but if they opt to become Affiliate Members, then you will have access to their contact information and can then work with that new Member.



29) What is the SuperSavers Club?



The SuperSavers Club is our SuperMall. Access will be a link from your main website for your visitors and customers. They will have access to Many more Retail sites affiliated with E4L.BIZ and the New Wellness Centre. There will be over 3 Million extra Products to purchase from 420 Brand Named Manufacturers.



30) PROMOTIONAL SHOP



We will have a Promotional Shop oin our Back Office. We will have many Promotional Items including:- Hats, T-shirts, Pens, Fridge Magnets, Key Chains, Mugs and lots more.
