I think more effective than expecting this forum members to tell you good URLs where you learn is to use Google. It is not only faster method.
Be clever and input proper search query into google. Like: most important seo facts to learn . methods to build website
usually first spot pages are most quality on the topic.
But in case of seo, probably most clever way to learn is to read Googles Webmaster guidelines/instructions. Google: google webmaster guidelineshttp://instantcpanelhosting.com"]Website hosting, servers, domains - pay using cryptocurrencies[/URL]

I agree. Google Webmaster Guidelines is always updated and what better source is there other than the direct source.
The only thing I find is details are left out about ranking on top. Google doesn't explain what you need to do. They just explain what they are looking for.
If you just include what they are looking for.. You will rank poorly.
You need to learn what everyone is looking for. Not just Google. (I know this may sound weird but VERY true)
(This is why I have a keyword tool to help)
When I work on my website: I'm bouncing back and forth between my blog and my keyword tool. Social networks are also a part of this, but that's easy. (I carry my social networks in my pocket. ha ha ha!)
