Thank you for your interest in my proposal.

First a Little backround on who I am:


My name is Paul Wenniger I'm 36 years old
and of South African Residence.

You can conduct a google search on my name if you wish.

I've been in the e-market place for over 5 years and
have achieved what I would term as a great success record
over the stated period of time.

1: After my first 3 months online I opened a club called club363.com
I built this club into a membership of over 2300 members
in a relatively short space of 6 months, our network expanded across the globe.
In early 2004 I left the club.

2: I continued in google adwords advertising and in 2004 I released
the book discover your niche market in 30 minutes and cash in.
I achieved a great sales success out the book and then pulled it off the net.

3:I also wrote a book on sport arbitrage and use this very system to generate
an added source of income online and consider myself a skilled trader.

4: Technically speaking, I can produce any websites, graphics, install scripts
and do what ever is necessary to maintain and run an online business.


I've realised as I originally new back in 2003 that you need strategic partners
if you want to build a serious online empire, to produce out of the ordinary returns.
In order to achieve this I would need to have partners who are willing to participate
in the venture with me at different levels.

Partners who could manage various modules within the corporate entity we create,
do make this more simple, it means having members to manage the forum,
to head up the marketing, to offer client support and various other little tasks
that would help in fullfilling the vision.



My proposed prospectus would be in the following format:


1: Offer a 3X7 forced matrix opportunity
The cost to the general public would be $10 registration and then $10 monthly
we would offer $7 of the $10 to run 7 levels deep and keep $3 monthly for administration etc.

The back offices will be loaded with books on sport arbitrage trading.
Google million dollar advertising.
Over 60 products with resale rights.
Software products with resale rights.
PLR articles etc.

The opportunity will also offer a free online shopping mall

In a nutshell it will have multiple streams of income built into it.



2: Our next project will be a pooled fund for sport arbitrage trading
I will work closely with a team, within our organisation to yield a
monthly return for us corporately.


3: My experience on the internet is the more I advertise the more I make
advertising normally yields me a 30 - 200% return on money
A large portion of our money will be invested into this globally
again giving us a return into our corporate pool.

4: The spin offs from the various above programs would be added revenue
we receive from google adsense, searches conducted off our search sites
and revenue shares from the 25% of the losses as being an affiliate for
the various bookmakers.

5: We will also derive clickbank affiliate commisions from the various
products we market as well as other affiliate commissions.

6 : Passive income streams; eg: by giving away free shopping malls we derive commissions 4 levels
deep, and these aren't poorly created malls either, they're state of the art.

7: We will also offer our members free websites which we will install for them provided they
use our choice of webhost, we make money from the webhosting, and the adsense.

8: We would also like to participate and form a online currency trading platform with
one of the exchanges, this is also very lucrative and will give us great yields.


Trying to explain all the various opportunities within the opportunity in itself is
quite a task, however each module or venture we do online will be an added revenue
stream with extra revenues generated off it.

It's also important to note that I'm not looking for investors per say, but active
partners who will participate in a unified way, however small it may be to help in
the day to day of the business.

Now this could mean me asking you to place an advert in a particular newspaper
you would be given the funds and would simply need to fulfill the task.

You may be a forum admin, a support hand, part of the arbitrage team, part of the
marketing team, just doing a small or larger bit if you prefer.

If you have any skills in the above well even better for the team.

lets talk about money:

I would like to only take on active investors who will invest
$1000 and a $100 secure my position fee.

I believe this will be a small investment in the grand scheme of things.
Funds will also be used to set up the formation of the holding company
and a catchy phrase name will need to be incorporated, I was thinking in the terms
of buzzz.com or something similar, all suggestions will be accepted.

Please note all legal documentation etc will be drafted and each member will be
considered a shareholder in the company.


The elite club will be limited to 100 - 200 members max after which
it will be an invite system and even then it may be a only a handfull of members.

5% of our earnings will go to a charity which we'll vote on unanimously.

Unfortunately not everyone will be accepted.

play in the team and what skills you have.

PS:it's important that you don't look at this as a get rich quick venture but rather
a business where we strive to make maximum returns on our investment as a company.
