Well whats good for the goose is good for the gander. If you don't like what people write here you should stay away, no one is making you read it.

I suppose if members here call all kinds of agencies and report your scammer members and they go after you your problem will be with the agencies not ROL, same logic.

You talk a load of BS. You can con your own members and spin things in your favor but most of them don't have intelligence on their side.
We have seen it, granted it didn't start at TG but you allowed TG to be taken over by these people engaged in corporate sabotage and now you're trying to claim that you are neutral, even innocent.

You are an adult now and you have to learn to be responsible.

he still doesn't get it does he... it's not just pips, it's the people they attack for no reason what so ever. If a person defends a program, or a person, TG steps in and attacks them (that is NOT what freedom of speach is about or stands for). And he goes on about Defaming people. What a hypocrite.

unfortunately, he doesn't know what that means...
So I think it's time to call some attorny's and have them write him a nice letter to ceast and desist, unless he cleans up the entire forum.
A good way to do it, is delete all the post on that forum, re-model it in a way where it's more appropriate, with more stringent rules before others post BS about others, or attacks others for no reason.

But he'll probably say it's impossible to moderate a forum, or can't control people from posting what they like, because he's such a believer of this "Brians version of freespeach".

So I think it's time to start taking some action people...
Any one got any addresses, phone numbers of lawyers, etc to start this action to have TG clean up their act?

If tou feel talkgold is an unpleasant environment then fine (I agree it is if you are a pips supporter.) Did I make it this way, no, members unable to find a place to voice their opinions have. I'm fine with people disagreeing with the members at talkgold. This is a free world and people are aloud their opinions. You are not forced to read anything at talkgold nor is anyone forcing you to be there. What burns me up though is that people are trying to twist things and make me, as well as Talkgold members, out as the people responsible for what may or may not be a lost investment. I have seen this thing happen time and time again with FLO, foreign fund, Nova lights and several other large programs. The admins quit giving updates, things slow down, and then members have nowhere to direct their anger towards. All I ask is that people direct their attention to Bryan, pips management, and the 3 countries which stated pips to be a scam, instead of otherwise ordinary people voicing their opinions opening about a program they feel is a scam.

Umm, ya missed a couple of points there Bri.

The constant harassing of financial institutions so that they become nervous and disassociate themselves with PIPS. The reporting of PIPS to the various state bodies to make them issue the C&D orders. These are just two of many accusations I would level at the unstable characters in your forum.

Let me clarify... the signature files of several of your lowlifes urge others to harass financial and state institutions. You allow this, why?

How do you square it in your mind that your forum is financially supported by scams? Please don't try to tell people here that you just host their ads and that you don't support them. You are getting money from these people running scam programs. The money you put in your pocket comes from the victims attracted to the scams you advertise.

You seem to have missed this completely.

Your comparison of PIPS to Microsoft is typical of the kind of thing you read at Talkgold. Could I harm Microsoft with bad publicity? No.

Could I harm a fledgeling company that needs good publicity to build trust with it's financial partners... you betcha!

No one is specifically blaming TG because they didn't get their money, thats just your paranoia talking. You did however give free reign to the people who are responsible for the movement of money stopping, to spread their lies, recruit others to do the dirty work for them and viciously attack others.
When this is all over do you think those people give a rats ass what happens to you or your forum?
They cleaned up their own places before they brought it to yours so TG will go down not their own places, but as smart as you are I'm sure you figured that out already.

A question, if character assasination is free speech at TG, why is it defamation of character anywhere else.
If thats your idea of free speech its a bit skewed isn't it?
