:lol: I can't log into my Picpay account and I can't email because I can't log in. I call and the phone line is busy or it rings 15 times, then a voice comes on and says they are not answering please call back latter. Does anyone have any advise? How do I contact them to get my logon corrected? Thanks

Hi I have had the same problem. My pin number is not working so I have tried ringing and the number that Picpay is not responding!
Any suggestions as to the correct phone number and I would be greatful as I can't access anything. I have mailed them with a ticket thingy and that was well over a fortnight ago!

Would really appreciate a helping hand here as I would like to receive a withdrawel for my hols (a week in France wine tasting - Lovely)

I faxed them and got my account sorted within a day

its a one way web to fax (free),so for a reply,ask them to email you.

If there is a "reset PIN" option, you might try that. I was locked out of the P.PS site last week, and was able to resolve it myself by doing this.

i had a friend who lost her security pin. i went in on my account and turned in a trouble ticket for her. i told them what was going on and her username, name, address and e-mail address. i received a message back on the trouble ticket that said for me to notify my friend to check her e-mail.
sooooo, if you know someone, maybe they can do this for you.
