I did get an answer from my trouble ticket. They told me to call the office, same as some of you suggestred. I've been on the phone through all of Sun. night and now until 1:45 Mon. afternoon and all I can get from the three support numbers is a busy signal. I've tried accepting one of their secret questions and giving the same answer that I gave in Picpay but that isn't accepted as part of my profile either. If I ignore the question it says -user name/ password not found. Oh well, guess I'm just one of thousands locked out and IT is working, but I'm tired. Think I'll go take a nap and wait for the day shift to come back to work in about 6 hours. Betty

Don't worry too much Shuey, Pauly...yours will get through someday somehow just like I did after staying awake and in touch just so I can clear all the accounts and enjoyed the sleep thoroughly when it was finally over! I stayed up and was leached to the headphones after midnite till around 10 am to get it over and it worked.

The good thing on the other hand while being denied the connection is, your ROL retains in hot pursuit with an undeniable increase at every passing trading day. :D

I called the support and got a new PIN, and this is also not working. :(

Same error: "Username/password not found".

This problem drives me nut...I can not even send them a fax as the Fax number given on the site is not in use... :cry:

i called pips 1 h ago. I got through the 4the time. i think they are really bussy.

I had only small case letters in my passwords, no symbols or puncuation. Have called about 200 times in last three days. Only busy signals except for two times when the phone rang for a long time. No one answered and then a dial tone came on. Different strokes for different folks. I'd like to get in but I gave up and went to bed last night. Figured my accounts would be still be here after I got my rest. Betty
