    Dear Rolclub,
Several days ago I asked for your help. I have an account with Pips and since the new system I can not log in. The UN:testverek, opened June 12, 2005 with Picpay funds in the name of Laszlo Sagi from Hungary. My daughter talked with Pips regarding this account and she was told it is still pending. It is very strange inasmuch, I opened another account at the same time, same amount, same funding source and that has been accessible from day one. Can you help me to resolve this issue?
    Thank you,
    felvidek

    Sorry Felvidek

Rolclub has NO association with PIPS other than that of Members.

I would suggest that you contact PIPS support directly.

Rolclub, I'm afraid, is unable to help you.

All we can for that matter, like any other member with an acct, are tips of support for you but you have to go manage it somehow. I suspect, that the simultaneous opening of the acct was too quick and speedy that some systems simply may have been "surpassed" by the speed itself...

Best way is still, contact the dept and with extra patience, I'm sure you need that during the communication attempts and work it out with those from Support, usually many come away VERY elated and satisfied with accomplished results. Goodluck.

Edit: This situation qualifies relocation From Members Club into the Technological problems thread sharing login issues, will have it relocated after this. MOD - YB.
