Yes but try submitting a request ticket, I have 2 from weeks ago still not answered and yet they reply to my emails the same day! perhaps they meant use email and not support ticket lol :lol: :lol: :lol:

I sent a Support Ticket query to Picpay last night (9pmGMT, 4th Aug)
and the reply, TO MY SATISFACTION was here when I got up and
switched on 11 hours later.

I submited two tickets a month ago and nothing. Decided to e-mail support, well it took them 2 days to resolve the issue. Don't know what I would do now while the e-mails are being blocked... WAIT WAIT WAIT haven't you all got enough? :shock:

I have had tickets into picpay support for weeks now and they are still open with no responce and the name to respond is Faizal. Is he there anymore?

Also, on the pips support tickets, they have also been locked for weeks, and I read evryone else's, and I've written to those I've read that posted emails, and I've written emails to several support staff with no answers, so what's up with that?

hi if you need a quik answer from pips or Picpay use Fax I have done that some times and always got a answer ! :)
