    Default Anyone having trouble logging in?

    Tried logging in just now and my username/password is not found.
    My picpay still works, wonder if anyone's having similar problems?

    That is login error 2 (invalid pincode) do pincode reset procedure.

    Try to reset the pin code. If the problem still persist, call/ticket to support to reset the Pin code.

    more like a wrong password and or username. pin code returns a different error code.

    Login errors r:

    Login error = 3 = server is busy please try again later. execute login again some time later....kick ur self in the butt for trying to login the same time as everyone else...

    Login error = 2 = user name/password not found = invalid pincode, execute pincode reset procedure, then kick urself in the butt for not having written down ur previous pincode.

    Login error = 1 = user already logged in, execute wait 15 minutes procedure and kick urself in the butt for not having logged out the last time u logged in.

    yes I too am having trouble logging in. In the confusion, I tried to reset my pin, but my email address has changed, so I am unable to receive the new pin thru email, because it does not recognize my new address as legit. I sent a ticket last week and have no response yet.
    Any help is appreciated.

    I have reset my pin using the reset pin procedure and they don't send a new pin via email, it just comes up with a new pin on the spot. Try doing it again and fill out all the fields and try putting your old email address in the email field.
