My Baseball Picks for Aug 10/07

After checking for the necessary criteria and conditions, here are my picks for these series starting today August 10, 2007.

- Fla @ NY Mets: I'm picking Fla but I'm taking the +1.5 runs
- TB @ Texas: I'm picking Texas to win
- Atl @ Phi : I'm picking Atl but I'm taking the +1.5 runs
- Wash @ Ariz: I'm picking Wash but I'm taking the +1.5 runs
- Mil @ Houston: I'm picking Houston to win

Remember, my goal is to win only 1 game over the series to come out a winner. If I lose any of these tonight I’ll have a look tomorrow and decide what my strategy will be over the course of the rest of the series. Also, I never pick more than 1 game on any single play.

Here is what happened with these in game #1
- Fla wins 4-3 and wins it for me in game #1
- Texas wins 7-4 and wins it for me in game #1
- Atl loses 5-4 but I took the +1.5 runs and win this in game #1

- Wash lost 11-4 so it's on to game #2
- Houston lost 5-4 so it's on to game #2

So for tonight Aug 11/07:

Wash @ Ariz: I'm picking Wash but I'm taking the +1.5 runs
Mil @ Houston: I'm picking Houston to win.

Here is what happened last night and my pick for today.
- Ariz beat Wash 1-0. I win because I took Wash and the +1.5 runs. That series is done as far as I'm concerned.
- Mil beat Houston 7-4 so its on to game #3 today
