Opciones binarias

Estuve en la pagina anyoption que ofrece opciones binarias, y la verdad es que me anime y no me fue tan mal ya que al fin del dia recibi un 71% mas sobre los U$ 100 que inverti. Pero no entendi el tema de pares de monedas, si alguien me puede explicar.
ahora espero que me manden la platita y si son confiables seguire invirtiendo.
