Default What will happen if I stop eating added sugar for a year?

I'm overweight and I consume lots of added sugar.

A co-worker of mine cut sugar, white flour, and chocolate as a possible remedy for severe anxiety. She dropped weight like crazy over a year (which helped her mentally as well - she was overweight when she started) and actually got to the point where she was able to enter some amateur fitness competitions!

(Hardcore fitness/bodybuilding competitions require severe temporary diets that need to be supervised by an experienced nutritionist and a doctor, so I don’t recommend that to anyone unless you really want to do it.)

Remember there’s a lot of carb and sugar in many packaged foods you don’t realize, so learn how to read labels if you do this.

If you stop using sugar, then hypoglycemia may occur.
Eat more fruits to avoid hypoglycemia. Fruits contain fructose and glucose.
You will stop wanting to consume sugar after 2 weeks without sweets. Good luck with your experiment.

Reducing sugar to your food plan let you drop pounds, enhance your health or even come up with extra radiant skin. ... It's also a leading cause of coronary heart ailment; it negatively impacts pores and skin, and it results in untimely growing old.

Sugar would possibly taste proper to you, but processed sugars aren't appropriate for you. Eating a variety of delicate, added sugars can cause complications, low energy stages, and irritation.

I try to eat healthy, a lot of vegetables and less fats and sugars. I also like some supplements and vitamins from eDrugStore.com. I have got some recently, and I really like it a lot, I have to say. Maybe you will find it interesting to you too, good luck!
