Seaview, you have made several postings on the last page of Article 140. Once you get past the dry barren mind numbingly boring articles what does it mean to us and seeing a reval anytime soon. Thanks for your efforts in reporting the news. I would like to know what you think personally.

Hi Everybody, - oh Seaview is a 'she'.
Nothing too bad has happened. I have had an allergic reaction, I'm not sure what to, but it has given me chronic migraines and streaming eyes for a while now. So, I have been off the Computer. Actually, reading this thread, I hadn't realised that I haven't posted since the 9th. I didn't realise it had been that long.
I sought medical attention last weekend as it hadn't subsided and am feeling better, but still getting headaches everyday but not as severe and eyes improving but quite strained. I have another appointment this coming Wednesday, but hope will be a lot better by then.
So I haven't gone anywhere, just too tired to research and post articles for any length of time, but am sure will be back posting regularly sometime during next week.
Everyone else in my household is fine, except oddly enough, my dog, who appears to have come out in sympathy for me and also has had streaming eyes and appears to be moping around too - lol.

As regards Article 140.
It is quite integral that Article 140 is implemented as well as Chapter VII to be lifted for the future independence and Economy of Iraq.
Basically, there is an invisible line between Iraq and Kurdistan which separates the two regions.
Article 140 lays down a clear road map that defines the region and boundaries that is administered by the KRG. Article 140 sets out the normalization of Iraq and the implementation of a Referendum of districts of Kirkuk which are disputed areas between the two regions. When Article 140 is implemented a referendum can take place officially and a Census.
Failure to implement Article 140 is a violation of the Governement of Iraq and a cause of friction and tension in the disputed areas.
Commiting to complete Article 140 was suppose to have taken place back in 2007, but successive iraq governments have failed to implement it.
The long and the short of it is, that it is important to us for the future of Iraq that it is implemented, as it is a constant source of friction between the two areas, and until it is implemented there will always be disputes and no real peace between Kurdistan and Iraq.
I post these articles to follow it, as well as Chapter VII.
You don't have to understand them, it just gives a documented record of how far down the line the Gov of Iraq is with sorting it out.
All we really need to know is when it is done. Another phase for us to tick off the list. The longer it drags on the longer we wait.
I hope that makes some kind of sense. If not I can go over it in more detail next week.
