Well, it may be something or nothing.

Bank of America are no longer going to deal in them. This could just mean they are streamlining because of the Economic climate.

However, if other Countries, eg UK (where I am) are also stopping then that would be a clear sign that something could be up.

I am going to the bank tomorrow to find out and a few others in the UK are going to do the rounds as well to see what we can find out between us.

Also, i'm sure more information will pour in during the next few days.

    Fraid Not at the moment.

All UK Banks still selling. They are all supplied by Travelex.

    Travelex today confirmed.

    They do still sell dinar.

    They have plenty in stock.

There are no plans to discontinue at the present time.

My Bank called them while I was there today.

It seems it's the Economic climate for BOA.

However, I think this definitely needs following in the next few weeks because it is only 24 hours old. It may not have filtered through to UK Banks yet. So will keep an eye on it.

Some banks in the US stopped selling on 12/5.. They used vendor issues as the reason. That means BOFA would not release any to them IMO.. Seaview, thank you for keeping us in business.. You do great work and I know that there are many like me that owe you big time for the intel. Still not sure if this is a good thing, that nagging feeling still tells me that there is another shoe to drop.. bigopie, good to see you. Blessings to all.. 67

any other word on chase bank not selling the dinars anymore??..was just wondering.....i wonder if 2009...finally....will be the year of the great revel...or will we still be sending this Iraqi government 10 billion dollars a month for the corrupt government to steal while they have all this oil under the ground..these *****s would have done good if they had revel about a year or more ago and started drilling when the oil was at 146 dollars a barrel....way too much bickering and inside fighting..these people will never have anything...IN MY OPINION....Merry Christmas everybody..Pat

Heyyy Warrior, hang on in there mate... it may be a long way yet but like warriors... we are patient, the BIG battle is the climax and not the small shoe throwings....LoL

Better save the other half... if aimed well, it may miss the "bush" but strike oil instead!!!!

To all of you patiently waiting... still scrubbing the odds and polishing whatever glistening ends that are sparkling out there... Don't let up but just hang on... 2009 may surprise us all...
