With so little news on exchange, and no personal verifications, you have to wonder why it has been so quiet given how huge this announcement was. Remember, Iraqi's are creatures of habit, and they hate change as we all now know, and this includes currency changes. They have always used coins, as does every country, so to think it is not important is missing the point, it is important, if it is actually happening.

I have scanned all the sites and have seen no news on progress of exchange, never mind what new currency notes will look like. Plus, there had to be coins to replace the ones they are pulling off market, so what denom will they be? Sure is strange that things are so quiet on exchange, so lets hope it has more significance than we think, and this is just the first step needed to set the stage for restoration to former levels.
