Thread: Folks why are you talking about......

a couple of the other forums are talking non stop about all the going on in Iraq and a possible reval on the 5th of dec. and I said possible and if doesnt happen at least we will have a closer idea of where we stand. I thought you all would be jabbering up a storm over this news. The news is positive without it being over the top outrageous SGS type of predictions , so lets talk it up, its sad to see I am the only one in here after 12AM . Lets hear your thoughts

There definitely has been a lot of action on another forum the last few days, some not necessarily good news. I was shocked that all i saw here was the usual copy and pasted articles with the word Iraq in it.

I think most people in here who have been invested as long as I have[over 2 years]are kinda burned out by all the rumors...mostly because of SGS and her bull carp for the last 18 months or so.....most of us are in a holding pattern.....wait...and see....good news is coming out of Iraq....no doubt....but lets not forget who these people are.....they would rather argue about laws and who will get the most {UNDER THE TABLE}instead of pass laws where all ,including their own people would benefit from it...one big word.....CORRUPTION..IMHO..Pat

Benz, the 5th of December is when the GCC Countries hold an OPEC meeting to discuss oil [and currencies apparently]. Mainly Saudi, discussing revaluing their currency. There is a rumour that Iraq will follow suit by removing a couple of hundred. Isn't that what was expected anyway. 1000-1 by end of the year.

The rest is the usual talk of lopping versus high revaluation. Usual angst ridden posts of yes, no, yes, no.

I don't post often in this section because members don't wish to read gradual grow and anything else would be a bonus and a surprise - negating a lop of course.

Also I post enough in the news section and don't want to be seen to be monopolizing this forum. It's nice to read others opinions.

Seems that with so much positive news coming out of Iraq on a daily basis, Security, Oil flow, Market Place Booming, that something has to happen in the (hopefully very near future).. The 5th of December would be nice, but as long as I get an RV in my stocking Christmas, I won't complain. Thanks to all for posting and keeping Rc up to speed as usual.

well, part of my problem with the forums lately is that it takes an act of congress before a page loads, and i am on DSL.

You know, I've noticed that too recently and I have a high-speed broadband connection. Sometimes it really takes a while to get posts through.
