I really like both of these forums and I just wish people were not so dense as to think that rumor/prediction/speculation have to have any basis of fact to them. That is what the NEWS sections are for with links. Lets face it, we are ALL going to be stinking rich from the IQD/ISX one of these days so I say party on!!

I don't know but at some point one would like to think that some integrity comes into play somewhere.

Deleting posts on a whim and a fair few mods with out of control egos, limited knowledge and the inability moderate on an unabiased level - isn't particulary reassuring for anyone one would have to conclude.

Of course this is just an opinion.

The way I see it, this is a thread that was started as a reaction to a rumor on another forum. I should have closed it from the first page. It is closed now.

Not a way in hell they can go through with the exploration, completions, production, and gathering without help from major oil. Sure you can hire some locals as trained monkeys and wrench turners, but the oil services sector has come a LONG ways in just the last 15 years. The Iraqi's couldn't pick their noses without foreign oil companies showing them how, never mind building new infrastructure. That is why the Kurd's are so far ahead, they initiated oil contracts last year before Baghdad new what was happening.
