I dont believe in the liberal-media any more than you do. But how you think the HCL has been approved? If so why is Kurdistan already going outside of mandate to form their own Hydrocarbon law? And why is the Sunni quorum walking out? And why arent they taking advantage of record oil prices to pass it and ramp up the fields and sell more oil? Believe me Im hoping for some sort of smokescreen and a combination HCL passage and petrodollars approach (RV) to go through. And maybe tonight's the night we've all been waiting for! Ya never know. But I have a feeling we will wake up to just one more pip gain and another bomb going off killing about 20, and a couple more US soldiers dead in combat, in other words, business as usual.

well this is my thoughts on this isx opening the 2nd of august and at the same time he parliment take the whole mounth of august of sounds like another smoke screen,especially since their electronic filling is been said not to be up and running till september or october.and if they dont hurry up and get things done all of these wealthy investors,will just invest elsewhere because like small investers as myself are getting tierd of all their delays.or are they waitting to see what bush will do with his dead line about staying or pulling out.i thought they are allways takeing off because of their religion!what kind of religion says to starve and kill men women children.i mean they are by no means a poor country,they dont seem to wont freedom or peace or they would be busting brains in the parliment for things to work for everyone. we have forgiven them for all their debts, now they should be kind to all stop takeing such B.S.time off in the middle of a war.our troops and theirs are still dieing!

I never supported this stupid and I still dont, but I did see an opportunity here and took it to a huge level. So every GOI failure, and every bomb going off, and every US casualty hits me harder than the average bear. Im still rooting for the country, and feel for the innocent civilians, but the greater powers out there arent doing a damn thing to help in any great way.

My personal opinion today is that they are just playing with us. I'm going to put my dinar up on a shelf with a pretty little bow on it and just forget about it until such time I can cash in and get the heck out. GEEEEZ

what i meant by passed was it has been approved,in general form,and was to be voted on by the parliament since February.....here we are in August,and they have'nt ironed out their diffferences ...now a month's vacation....Isx failed to open on time...again.....same ole same ole.....just another day...and while they recess and take vacations our men and women in uniform along with innocent civilians keep dying....yea...sounds like a government that wants to help their people,don't it...IMHO..Pat
