I believe the article below is evidence that the GOI can pass the HCL with enough votes and they won't tell the media until the time is right and they don't need Sadr and his gang to it. So it could already be passed.

No, I'm not prepared at all. When I thought about it in the past something always happened, so instead I use my energy to try to come up with a way to pay my mortgage. I can't hold on much longer, just sold my coffee roaster. The next thing to go will be my woodworking tools.
