My friend had connections in the government deeper than mine. He purchased 10M Kuwaiti Dinars. Just how hard is it to multiply 10,000,000 x 7.5 to get 75,000,000? The how he paid for, or the amount the paid for his Kuwaiti Dinars is NOT the issue here.

The fact that he made over 75,000,000 before taxes is the whole point here. Now for those of you that CAN’T remember, the Capital Gains Taxes were at 50%. Now what would keep you living in a rented house paying someone else to buy a dead horse? Living in a rain soaked area of Washington State when you now have over $37,000,000 in the bank is what I would expect from a tree hugger not a rich man that now can buy almost any Island in the South Pacific.

In short, he did it. It happened. So many here just can’t see the forest because of the trees! Now tell me, if you can’t see the forest, just why are you here?

I am still kicking myself for NOT listen to a very good friend that tried so hard to help me during my recuperation from injuries. Because of National Security I can NEVER tell more and won’t to ANYONE! However, you can’t get better Intel that what he had.

Personally I feel that I deeply hurt his feelings by listening to the so-called experts that call it a sham and waist of money.

Think ya kind of hit the nail on the head with that one. Being politicians, they would understand bribes and kickbacks!

In order for your friend to have made $75M USD he would have had to invest almost a cool million ($937,500 to be exact).
I'm going to make several guesses here.

1. Your friend was not previously wealthy...otherwise he would have been used to wealth and felt no need to vanish as you describe.

2. Given #1...your friend did not have 937 Large to dump into the Kuwaiti Dinar.

3. Even if your friend was weathy...he would have had to have alot more than a million because I don't see him dumping his whole wad into something risky as this was at the time. So if your friend did have a bit more than a million USD then I refer you again to the second half of item #1 above.

No assumptions in play here just facts that are now history! I think that you can still take Math 101, Basic Accounting 101, Business 101, and Money Management 101 at a college near you. All would help you better understand the errors in your post.
