so is or isn't a new LOI needed to RV the currency? my post in the other forum about this got ignored....

how do we know there isnt one?? or wasnt one submitted? so far very few have known of the ones in the past and what date they were submitted, its not a stretch to think that they are pulling this revalue off without us finding much out about it YET.

Good point Susie, with the Kurds working around the clock, postponement of the 2 month hiatis, and all the wonderful news coming out this week I'd bet there is one.
