As a neutral third party that ensures all conditions of a transaction are completed satisfactorily. The holding & safe keeping of basic information and E-Currency money for a fair exchange transaction. It does not broker nor negotiate a favorable deal for either party but only to ensure that all conditions of the exchange and agreement are met. Subsequently, referring & depositing to a REESE account which an approved ROLClub-REESE Member Exchanger and the RC non-Exchanger Member, both will simultaneously transfer the agreed amount for the exchange to take place amicably and honorably. En Exchanger has the right & freedom to dictate or state his own Rate of Exchange. Escrow Fees will be earned for receiving, monitoring, storing and transferring between two parties or sources which is then finalized after channeling the distributed amount to their respective receiving accounts of the exchanging parties.

Escrow service is provided only to registered members of ROLClub Forum. To participate in a fair and binding exchange with equal gain & benefit for both parties, signing up with an approved ROLClub username (unless you have a valid username) and providing additional information as required in the Application Form, will you then qualify for the REESE exchange service.

REESE will charge both members, a flat administrative fee “to arrange” an exchange. A qualified & approved REESE Exchanger will be exempted unlike that of a non-REESE Exchanger who has to pay for the “surcharge per exchange”. The amount is $5 for every transfer-exchange.



To receive any amount for temporary storage and safe keeping, prior to transferring to the other member-customer awaiting the agreed amount & when a fee is charged by the processor, the expected surcharge amount will be borne by the recipient for the agreed exchange. They are Processor fees that are beyond REESE influence.



Member John and Exchanger Jane submit announcement post and/ or responds to request, requiring/seeking amount from one currency for another. What occurs subsequently?
This will then be followed up with a PM to agree for an exchange on an amount both members are readily equipped with. When both members are ready to exchange, they will then PM to REESE Admin (YogiBrood) requesting Escrow service and including a quote of agreement made earlier with each other stating the amount with stipulated fees added.
YogiBrood will confirm after reviewing request within 24 hours or shorter and post on the REESE Forum thread with a standard announcement referring to an exchange between John & Jane, the currency involve and the amount agreed.
Once an announcement is posted, both John & Jane has 12 hours or shorter to transfer the required amount to the respective REESE account in accordance and within the time frame as stipulated, to store the money. There is no turning back from this point.


Failing to comply with the transfer, as a follow-up from the posted announcement on the forum, the said member will be sanctioned for 6 months from any REESE services. Upon the lifting of the sanction, a fine of $25 must be first paid automatically within 36 hours (no reminder will be mailed or PM’d out) followed by an announcement of the Forum that member’s sanction if fully lifted and member can resume utilizing REESE services. A repeat of the last misdemeanor within three years will be reviewed with heavier penalty, sanction and a fine as well.
If after 36 hours has lapse with no fine received, member’s next application to join will be reviewed and subjected to approval that may be tied to other restrictions and ruling before being allowed to participate in REESE services.


Member must first submit completed Application Form (Exchanger or non-Exchanger form) in order to participate and utilize REESE services through ROLClub Forum. Copy the sample form and upon completion of required details, attach it as a Quote to the message and PM it to Admin YogiBrood. An incomplete form will not allow a member to participate.
Every member that wishes to qualify as a REESE Exchanger will find his username, listed in the Qualified Exchanger List thread. This will serve for members to select his/her preference of listed Exchangers. To be a qualified REESE Exchanger, an entry Application Fee of $30 is paid (simultaneously with application) to accompany the completed form for approval and eventual qualification. Payment fee must be received within 6 hours upon request application sent by PM to Admin.

Members who do not wish to become an Exchanger will only have to complete the basic form. Failing to complete it will deny you of any Escrow services by REESE . Members will then pay an extra $5 surcharge for every approved exchange they make with a REESE Exchanger who is not listed as sanctioned or disqualified.

"Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you and/or your status for this activity, such as your Full name, Region/Country, email address and contact nrs being landline and hand/cell phone.
We reserve the right to select which contact mode to reach you in the event of any irregularity and/or dispute or reconfirmation of an unfortunate issue created within your exchange application or attempt with another Exchanger or Member .
We ask you for this personal information in order to create an account that approves your application albeit as a non Exchanger Member or for wanting to be a Qualified REESE Exchanger. We will use the information only to contact you in relation to your account and services offered by REESE .
We will not disclose any personal information we secure & documented for our own administrative purposes from your application you submitted in compliance to qualify for acceptance and thus assume a recognized Qualified REESE Exchanger position or as a once-off customer to the escrow service without your explicit consent.
