AD-renaline Marketing Compensation Plan Details

The upgrade cost for AD-renaline will be $70. This will include a one-time $20 account setup fee and your first monthly membership fee of $50. Not only is this affordable to the masses, but enough to create a healthy residual monthly income for you. More importantly, what you really need to know and understand is how our comp plan is designed to help put you well into profit, starting the first month, even if you never sponsor one person. Then we have also built in plenty of incentive for active marketers to significantly increase their income and provide plenty of spillover to their downline. This is truly a win-win situation for every member of AD-renaline.

Your $50 monthly membership fee really goes to work for you in numerous ways. First off, you will receive a number of Ad Credits, delivered instantly to your account and available to use immediately. The value in Ad Credits is actually much, much higher than what you're paying, because you are considered a wholesale member. In other words, you could easily spend a lot more than $50 for advertising 1/10th as responsive as what you will get out of AD-renaline. Read on to see how your membership fee is broken down to give you multiple income streams.


INCOME STREAM #1: 2x12 Personally Forced Matrix
This is your home base, so to speak, and where your monthly residual income will build up and become something you can rely on month after month.

Members are paid $1.00 per person, per level, for everyone who falls under you in your 2x12 matrix, whether it was from your efforts or someone else's. There is no sponsoring requirement in order to earn this matrix income. Therefore every member has a potential matrix income of up to $8,190 per month with or without sponsoring.


INCOME STREAM #2: Performance-Based Matching Bonus on All Referrals' Matrix Income
This income stream was designed to give the aggressive marketers or heavy hitters the incentive they need to keep on bringing more people in and provide as much spillover as possible to their downline. The more people they bring in, the more their income exponentially grows. As a by-product of this incentive, those people will be building your matrix income, because the more you make, the more they make.

Matching bonuses are paid on every one of your referrals' matrix incomes, no matter where they fall under you. Only your matrix income is limited to your 2x12 matrix. For example, if you have a personal referral that lands on your 19th level, that may not increase your matrix income but you are paid a matching bonus percentage on that referrals' matrix income every month. As their matrix fills, your income increases. As you get more referrals, your matching bonus percentage on their matrix income increases. There is NO LIMIT to how much you can earn with this part of our comp plan and this is always going to be a residual monthly income.

The more referrals you have, the higher the percentage your matching bonus is on ALL of your referrals. The matching bonus qualification levels are as follows:

1-4 Personal Referrals = 20% Matching Bonus
5-9 Personal Referrals = 30% Matching Bonus
10-14 Personal Referrals = 40% Matching Bonus
15-19 Personal Referrals = 50% Matching Bonus
20-24 Personal Referrals = 60% Matching Bonus
25-29 Personal Referrals = 70% Matching Bonus
30-39 Personal Referrals = 80% Matching Bonus
40-49 Personal Referrals = 90% Matching Bonus
50+ Personal Referrals = 100% Matching Bonus


INCOME STREAM #3: Revenue Injection Board (RIB)
With every monthly membership fee, $10 of that is used to give you a new position in the Revenue Injection Board (RIB). The RIB is a revenue sharing, company forced 3x2 recycling matrix. Everyone falls into this matrix in the order they join or that their monthly fee comes in, and it fills top to bottom, left to right. Because this is company forced that means there are no sponsoring requirements in order to earn from the RIB.

A 3x2 matrix has 3 positions on your first level and 9 on your second level for a total of 12 positions. When 12 people follow you into the RIB, you cycle. When you cycle two things happen. You earn $60, credited to your account balance immediately, and you are given a new paid re-entry back in at the bottom of the RIB, so you can continuously cycle and earn $60 all for that initial $10 position.

Then every month you remain an active wholesale member, you are given a new $10 position in the RIB. The longer you are a member, the more positions you have cycling and recycling for $60 every time. It only takes one RIB cycle a month to more than cover your monthly membership fee.


INCOME STREAM #4: Revenue Sharing Pool (RSP)
Again, with every monthly membership fee, $10 of that is used to give you a new RSP position. The RSP is our biggest revenue sharing element and one you won't want to take for granted.

This Pool grows with every new wholesale member, existing members' fees coming in, member product or ad credit purchases, and every retail product page sale. As the pool grows it forces your RSP position(s) out with a revenue return of 150% of its original value. For example, your monthly fee gives you a $10 position every month. When that position is forced out of the pool it will pay you $15. If you purchase $100 in Ad Credits, you will not only receive highly responsive and targeted advertising worth much more than $100, but that purchase will give you a $100 RSP position that will pay you back $150.

A realistic example to consider: If we have 10,000 active wholesale members, and not counting any product sales or purchases or any other new members coming in, just the monthly membership fees alone from 10,000 members would feed $100,000 a month into our RSP. We will have a LOT more revenue sharing funds than that though. Count on it. Those of you lucky enough to get in on AD-renaline's first day or week of launch in April could stand to earn obnoxious amounts from our RSP. We'll leave it up to you to read into what ‘obnoxious amounts' might mean for you.

Any active wholesale member can participate in the RSP with no sponsoring requirements whatsoever. This is purely passive income and a benefit that only wholesale members receive. All you have to do is keep your account active.

(Please note that the Revenue Sharing Pool is just that, a company sharing its revenues with the members. We cannot guarantee an income from revenue sharing as it is 100% based on member participation and product sales. The more revenues the company has, the more revenues there are to share.)


INCOME STREAM #5: Member Customizable Retail Products Sales Page
Every wholesale member receives, as an additional benefit, their own customizable retail products sales page. By default all the products we offer to wholesale members will appear on your personal sales page. Also by default, each product will already include a 25% markup. However, each member will have the capability of removing any products they do not wish to sell. Members can also change the markup amount in one of two ways. You can enter a markup percentage to apply to all products across the board, or you can select each product one at a time and mark them up as you see fit. There will be some built in restrictions on the markup. It must be a minimum of 15% and a maximum of 100%.

The difference in the marked up cost, what we refer to as the retail price, and the wholesale member cost minus a 10% company margin (to help alleviate transaction fees) is what you earn, instantly paid to your account balance, upon a retail sale from your sales page. Then a portion of what's left is given to you as an RSP position that will earn up to 150% of its original value. This RSP positions' value and the earnings percentage is based on several variables, such as the discount allotted by a 3rd party advertising company on their products that we are reselling for them.

Members will have the option of receiving ad credits rather than a new RSP position for each sale made on your personal sales page.

This is a powerful income stream solution for those who wish to use our advertising products but have a limited budget for ad credit purchases. You can promote your sales page directly for the highly targeted, highly responsive advertising that it is, and generate up front commissions and additional RSP earnings or Ad Credits with no out of pocket expense for you. You may also end up with several retail sales from marketing your affiliate link for the business opportunity and some people are not interested in the business opportunity but do want to take advantage of the quality, responsive advertising.

AD-renaline Marketing Product Details

As promised, we are releasing more and more details about AD-renaline as we progress through the prelaunch phase. This release is going to cover the products and the ad credit system. Yes, we do have products and they are all online advertising products that are highly targeted and extremely responsive. With AD-renaline we wanted to create a sort of one-stop-shop for all your advertising needs. But also one that you always know will get results. The quality far outweighs the cost, too.


Ad Credit System:
I will start here so you first understand how you gain access to and control your advertising. For wholesale members, and that means anyone who is an active paying member of AD-renaline, all of your advertising is purchased using Ad Credits. First you purchase the ad credits. Then you select the advertising product you wish to use, set up your ad, and apply any amount of ad credits you have toward that campaign. On the front end, for people purchasing ads from a members retail products page, those people never see anything about ad credits. They purchase advertising products based on a marked up cost.

With your monthly membership fee you will receive 5000 ad credits. If you use up those 5000 or you know you will before the month is over, you can purchase up to 50,000 ad credits at a time. There is no limit to the number of ad credits you can purchase overall. Because you will get an RSP position for any purchases, we limit the purchase amount to $500 per transaction, which is 50,000 ad credits at a time.

If your budget is limited we will have methods you can use to earn ad credits. Be sure to read about the products below to learn how you can earn ad credits without incurring any additional cost. We did this because we know the advertising is very responsive but not everyone is able to purchase as many ad credits as they would like to have.

Some advertising products will use a 1 to 1 conversion ratio. For example, your monthly fee is $50 and you get 5000 ad credits for that. That equates to 1 penny per ad credit. Rotating text ads might cost one ad credit per impression, which means it's basically 1 penny per impression. More responsive or premium locations for some ads might cost more in ad credits. For example, we may have a larger banner at the top of the home page that costs 5 ad credits per impression (an impression is every time the ad is displayed), making it 5 cents per impression. When you go to create an ad campaign you will know what the ad credit cost is or what the conversion ratio is or both. You can use that as a guide to understand which products typically do better than others, but rest assured, they all do very well.

Below I will describe each product we will start with. We are already working on more products that we will be adding as time progresses after launch. At launch time we expect to have rotating text ads, rotating banner ads, standard contact solo ads, point question solo ads, point survey ads, and an integrated traffic exchange in place. We are also hoping to have at least 2 or 3 third party advertising company's products available to add to our arsenal either on launch day or shortly thereafter.


Rotating Text Ads:
A text ad is a boxed in columnar ad with a subject line and body. The subject line will be bold to attract attention. The box around the ad will also help draw attention toward the ad. Text ads will appear in both left and right columns on every page of the website, including every page in the members area. This is a lot of exposure that also happens to be very inexpensive. There will be a limit to how many characters can be in the subject line and in the body but our columns use dynamic width so they can grow and shrink based on the current content. Rotating text ads always do a great job of luring people in, if the subject line is powerful enough, and getting people to click on the link in that ad.

Rotating Banner Ads:
You know the old saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words" right? Then you should understand how powerful banner ads can be. Members will be able to upload banners in standard sizes and apply their ad credits toward impressions of those banners. Banners will be displayed at least 2 per page on every page of the website, including the members area. The taller banner types will fit nicely in our left and right columns all over the website.

Standard Contact Solo Ads:
A contact solo ad is an email ad that goes out, by itself (no other advertising included; i.e. 'solo') to members' contact email address. Contact solo ads have always been a very effective, targeted, and inexpensive means of advertising online. Members will be able to choose how many members they wish to receive their solo ad and that will determine the cost in ad credits.

We want to maintain the responsiveness of any type of email ad and the best way to do that is to make sure members don't get slammed with too many ads per day in their inbox. Therefore, in the beginning we can promise that no one member will ever receive more than 10 email ads per day.

Point Question Solo Ads:
PQSA's are similar to contact solo ads except that they are much more interactive and therefore more effective. Each solo ad includes a question where the answer can be found either in the solo ad itself or on the first web page you see by clicking on the link in the ad. Members who wish to, can login to their back office and answer the question. If they get it right they earn ad credits. For the advertiser I'm sure you can see how this can be a very popular and responsive product.

When setting up a PQSA, you will enter your subject line, the body of the email ad, a website link, and then you need to come up with a good question. For the answers you can choose from multiple choice, Yes/No, or True/False. If you choose multiple choice you must supply the 4 answers, one of which would be the correct answer. Marketers Tip: It's a good idea to make sure the question highlights the main point or benefit you're trying to get across to the reader in order to sell them a product, a service, or on a business opportunity.

Point Survey Ads:
PSA's are ads similar in structure to a solo ad but they include more than one question that needs to be answered correctly in order for the reader to earn ad credits. Like a survey always includes multiple questions and answers. This is where you really get the reader involved and with each question you have another chance to get a highlighted point in front of them. One that you know they will understand or they won't be able to answer the question correctly.

Staged Ads:
The two advertising products above, PQSA's and PSA's, are available as either email ads or staged ads. An email ad is obvious. It's one that's emailed out to the members. A staged ad is not emailed at all. It is available to the members in their back office in the Earn Credit section. Emailed solo ads, as I have said, are very responsive, but what AD-renaline offers with Staged ads is something very unique to the marketplace and gives its advertisers something that has such an exceedingly high value and a guarantee that you have never seen before. With emailed solo ads, for example, if you purchase a solo ad to 500 people, you know not all 500 will receive or read or participate in that ad. With a staged ad, if you purchase one to 500 people, we guarantee that 500 unique people will view and participate in your ad.

Integrated Traffic Exchange:
Most people know how a traffic exchange works. If you are the advertiser you post a link to your website and apply a portion of your ad credits to that ad campaign. That will allow your website to be displayed a number of times in front of other members who are trying to earn more ad credits. We want our traffic exchange to be more effective than the typical TE out there on the Internet so we will have a 30 second timer on each page displayed.

Don't take this product for granted. This will be one thing that thousands of our members will participate in daily in order to earn ad credits. This one product can get your website a lot of exposure as it is the actual website displayed. Not just a link.


Third Party Advertising Products:
We're not sure yet how many products like this will be available on launch day but I can tell you I would like to eventually see over 100 of them.

A third party ad product comes from us negotiating terms with a company online that provides some kind of quality advertising. That company must meet our terms in order to become a partner. One of those terms would be offering us a significant discount on the cost so that we (AD-renaline) can pay out up to 50% profit on the RSP position generated upon purchase and also to allow enough room for each member to mark up the sales price on your retail products page. If a company is not willing to discount a product enough, you, the member, may not be able to mark it up enough without making the price higher than what it is on that 3rd party company's website and that wouldn't make much sense.

These companies do have a lot of incentive to discount their products for us. In exchange for doing so we can give them a lot more volume and exposure. Some companies catch onto that right away and we can have a new product in place in a few days. Rest assured though, we do all the research and due diligence for you befo*****d. We can afford to be picky about what products we choose to make available on the AD-renaline website. It must, first and foremost, be proven to be responsive.

As a wholesale member you will get access to those heavily discounted prices on top quality external advertising products AND at the same time be given an RSP position that will pay you back 150% return AND have the ability to mark up and resell those products from your own affiliate website. It's a win-win situation for everyone.

Everything you've read about today will be in place by launch day. That will not be everything though. We have some excellent ideas for even more advertising products that we know you're going to love.

wanted to make sure everyone gets to read this, just in case
the email never made it to you. You NEED to see this!

We just posted a new news bulletin in your prelaunch builder
back office that details the AD-renaline products and the Ad
Credit system. Knowledge is power. Please login and read that
update as soon as possible.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you, straight
from the horses mouth so to speak, some things about this
incredible program that you may not have learned or figured
out on your own yet.

AD-renaline is without a doubt the biggest project of my life
and online career. I have had the domain registered for over
3 years. What does that tell you? The concept is quite unique
and more powerful than anyone can possibly imagine. You just
have to experience it live before you can fully understand.

The concept is not, however, ***** new. I want you to know
that I did something like this about 6 years ago and although
it was wildly successful, I have to say it was still a much
smaller scale than what AD-renaline has evolved into. Some of
you may have been around 6 years ago and may just remember
the program I'm referring to. It was called The Affiliate
Advertising Network or AAN. No, not the AAN that's around
right now. That's entirely different and only shares the old
acronym.

The point is, and what I want you to know, AAN had thousands
of members in the first 45 days. It paid out more than $3
Million to its members during the first 80 days. Approximately
96% of the members were in profit within 30 days of joining.
We had 100's of members earning over $5000 a month just from
the matrix, which was much smaller than AD-renaline's matrix.

Now I know some of you are thinking, if it was that good then
why is it not still around. Again, if you were around back
then you probably remember this part. We had 3 big payment
processors go down or get shut down during the 8 months that
AAN was running. First INTGold, then EMO, and finally StormPay.
Not to mention egold at the time had serious problems with
the US government. Nobody could have foreseen something like
that and honestly, the entire AAN membership understood every
step of the way and was extremely supportive. For months
after that I received literally hundreds of emails from the
members telling me to please do it again and they would be
the first ones in.

Well, it took a lot longer than I wanted but time has been
a blessing. I significantly enhanced the whole program by
adding more income streams, more passive income streams, a
larger matrix, more advertising products, and a lot more.
I also wanted to make sure all members money was 100% secure
at all times. That's why we will not rely 100% on 3rd party
payment processors this time.

Now, look at those stats I just gave you from 6 years ago.
Multiply that by 5 or 10 times. That's what AD-renaline
will be like right out the doors. I want you to be thinking
about how just a small fraction of that huge pie can be
life changing for you and your family.

The upgrade cost, which you should know by now, is only $70.
Out of that you will receive a $10 RIB position and a $10
RSP position. Let's look at what just that RSP position can
do for you.

Every time a purchase is made or someone new activates their
membership, revenues go into the Revenue Sharing Pool. Your
initial $10 position will be pushed out but with 150% of its
original value. In this case $15 will be paid to you. If you
put all that back in by purchasing ad credits and keep on
doing that every time it pays out, each time with 50% more
but also compounded, the 10th time it pays out it will put
$576 in your account balance. If you upgrade on launch day
that whole process could take place in 10 days or less.
That's a 5,700% return on that $10 without ever taking
another penny out of your pocket.

The RIB program has a lot of potential for you as well. If
you are one of the first to upgrade you get one of the first
positions in the RIB. That small recycling matrix fills from
top to bottom left to right with people in the order they
are upgrading. It has nothing to do with who or how many or
how little you sponsor. You might cycle 3 times, 6 times, 10
times or more during the first week. Every time you cycle
you earn $60. Do some number crunching on that one.

I'm telling you this comp plan was designed to work for
anyone and everyone. You can be passive or you can be active.
Either way it's easy enough to make a lot more than just
your monthly fee.

If you see the power in the RSP, congratulations. You're
not likely to get much sleep between now and April 15th.

Having said that I want you to be prepared. Yes, we have
said we will accept credit cards but we do need you to
understand one very important detail. Since funds collected
from a credit card transaction take several days to clear our
corporate bank account, all transactions completed in our
system with a credit card generate “pending� transactions for
5 business days. This does not affect making a purchase
with a credit card … if you upgrade with a credit card,
you are a full member instantly. If you purchase ad credits
with a credit card, you receive them instantly, but all
commissions earned from those transactions will be pending
for 5 business days. Bottom line, and pay close attention to
this part, earnings from online payment processor transactions
are approved instantly and credit cards take 5 days to clear.
You EARN faster when you and other members pay with a
payment processor. For that reason, we recommend you
plan ahead to use AlertPay for as much as you can. You can
get money in your AlertPay account or set up a credit card in
your AlertPay profile. They have limits for unverified accounts
so get your account verified now to lift those limits.

We are also now looking into adding other payment processors.
I think we can get that done before launch day. Again, the
bottom line here is, you have time to get ready so get started
on that right now.

If you still haven't grasped what I'm trying to tell you
yet, let me put it this way. Like 100's or 1000's of other
members, I will be right here in front of my computer from
midnight forward working very hard to keep putting my
money back into the RSP. I just bought a new mouse and
have it sitting here on my desk as a backup just in case
I wear out my left mouse button from working it so hard.
Do you understand my meaning now?

The last thing I want to talk to you about today is our
webinars and how important they are to you and to your
downline. The feedback we've gotten from attendees is
just incredible. We get a lot of "I had no idea" type
remarks. That's the whole point. You really have no idea
until you sit in on one of these webinars. And just to

it were me and I had to work the morning of the 15th
I would be taking a day or two of vacation or using

First, there has been a lot of question about time zones and when exactly launch is scheduled for. We hope these items clear up any confusion:

1. The launch is officially scheduled for April 15, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. US Central time (GMT-6)

2. The www.prelaunchbuilder.com website has been upgraded to have a countdown timer that is \\\"absolute\\\" fixed on US Central time, so no matter where you are in the world, the clock will give you an accurate countdown to the second between \\\"now\\\" and \\\"doors open\\\".

3. If you need to, you can convert your local time to GMT-6 using a time zone converter. Here is one for free you can download: http://www.time-zones.com/time-sync/...one-clock.html


Secondly, our previous update included statements referencing the \\\"PLB\\\". This generated tons of support requests from folks who didn\\\'t know what the PLB was? Sorry about that! The \\\"PLB\\\" is the Pre Launch Builder system you are already a member of at www.prelaunchbuilder.com. We\\\'ll avoid using acronyms in the future. :)

Lastly, as some of you aware, we did find a server malfunction in the Pre Launch Builder system that affected outgoing messages and as a result, some of you have been experiencing fewer updates, password resets, welcome letters, etc... that you should have. We have resolved the problem and your should receive all your emails now, but just in case this is the first time some of you have heard form us ...

Hi Victor Carreras,

I hope you have had a chance to read the information releases about
AD-renaline Marketing and attended at least one overview webinar by
now. We only have a few more days before launch.

So far we have explained all about this unique and powerful business
model, the compensation plan in detail, and about all the advertising
products and how our Ad Credit system works.

Now we would like to make sure you are prepared so you can maximize
your own income potential with either the passive or active income
streams or both.

When we launch at 12:01am Central time USA, April 15th (this coming
Wednesday night) make no mistake. There will be such a mad rush of
thousands of people trying to get their upgrade payments in as fast
as they can. We have done our best to prepare for a massive flood of
traffic by leasing the most powerful server we can get and purchasing
unlimited bandwidth. However, a good server can only take so much
pounding. We need you to understand that response times could be
sluggish from launch time on, for up to 48 hours.

Our PreLaunchBuilder.com domain, in less than 25 days, has climbed
to the top 65,000 websites in the world, out of more than 11 Million
websites, and we rank 9,400 in the US alone. That puts us in the top
3 to 10% of all websites out there. In less than a month!

I don't mean to sound discouraging. This is all from huge success
even before we launch. I just want you to bear with us and don't
get frustrated if the site is slow at first. Just keep trying and
it will get better.

When we launch, everyone who joined our PreLaunch Builder will
instantly become a Trial member. That trial period lasts for up to
7 days. On the 8th day, just after midnight, we compress the matrix
for the first time. Anyone who has been a Trial member for 7 days
and did not upgrade will be compressed out of the system. This means
you will lose your positioning forever.

I designed this compensation plan so it easy enough for anyone to
earn enough to more than cover your monthly membership fee. You are
in a position right now that you will not likely ever have the
advantage of being in ever again. I hope you realize that.

Now, there are five major benefits to being there and getting your
upgrade done as soon as you can after the launch time.

1) Matrix Earnings - You will earn $1 per month for each and every
active member under you in your 2x12 matrix, whether they are there
from your efforts or someone elses. Matrix earnings are real time.
If someone under you upgrades while you are still a trial member,
you will miss out on the $1 payment from their upgrade. If you had
50 people under you upgrade you would lose $50. If you are already
upgraded you will receive all those $1 payments.

Note: This rule only applies for the first month. If you upgrade
after several people in your downline, and still before your trial
period ends, when they pay their monthly fee next month you will
be paid those earnings because you too are an upgraded member.

2) Matching Bonus Earnings - This is another income stream that's
paid in real time so it works just like the Matrix Earnings. If
you are a trial member and people under you upgrade you will miss
out on those matching bonus earnings for the first month.

3) Sponsorship Roll-Up - Only on the very first matrix compression,
on that 8th day after launch, it is possible that you can absorb
sponsorship of people under you even if you did not originally
sponsor those people. Let's say you sponsored Bob and Bob then
sponsored 10 people into our PreLaunch Builder. You upgrade right
after launch but Bob decides not to. 6 out of 10 of Bob's referrals
also upgrade. On that first compression you may lose Bob as a
referral but his referrals will roll up to you and you become
their sponsor. This is not a guaranteed situation but then again
it is possible to absorb sponsorship from multiple levels of people
under you who do not upgrade. The sooner you upgrade, the more
referrals you can absorb.

4) RIB Cycling - The Revenue Injection Board (RIB) is a company
forced 3x2 recycling matrix. It fills from the top down, left to
right, in the order that people upgrade and then later in the the
order that members payments come in. You might be one of the last
people to join our PreLaunch Builder but if you are one of the
first to upgrade you will have one of the very first and topmost
positions in the RIB. Every time you cycle in the RIB you earn
$60. Depending on how early you upgrade this can mean a lot of
passive income for you.

5) RSP Earnings - The Revenue Sharing Pool works on incomine
revenues from both membership fees and product purchases or sales.
Think of the RSP as a pipe. At first there is nothing but air in
that pipe. Then one drop of water goes in one end. Another drop
of water goes in that end and then another. As more water goes in
that one end it pushes out those first few drops of water in the
other end. It's a first in - first out system. The sooner you
upgrade the more likely you are to have one of those first RSP
positions and when the flood comes in you will be paid 150%
profit quicker than you can say Spit.

Please don't get me wrong here. I am NOT saying that if you don't
upgrade in the first 5 minutes you won't make any money. That's
not it at all. I'm just trying to help you maximize your income
potential. The faster you can get that upgrade out of the way,
the more money you are likely to make with AD-renaline both up
front and long term.

Ok, sure we had a few bumps in the beginning. But you can't
say I didn't warn you that the server was going to be pounded
hard. The launch was late by about 30 minutes only because we
were getting server timeout errors while trying to finish
everything up and that's because we had 10,000 or 20,000 people
trying to refresh the site starting about 30 minutes before
launch time.

We had so much load that the guy who owns our hosting service
sent us an email saying he was looking for smoke to start
pouring out of the server any second! Just kidding. He just
said for a powerful new i7 processor, which is like 8 processors
in one, he was surprised that all the CPU's were at max capacity
and it was holding there.

Enough of that. I think you get the picture. The point is, if
you were one of the 1000's of people who obviously got frustrated
and gave up, figuring on coming back later to try and get your
upgrade done, NOW is the time to do that. But fair warning...
You will not likely get any sleep tonight. You will be shocked
at what comes next.

The AD-renaline Revenue Sharing Pool (RSP) paid out over (get
this) $200,000 in member earnings during the first 3 hours after
we launched. The RIB cycled 101 positions for another $6000+ in
member earnings during that time. I haven't even looked at the
matrix earnings and matching bonuses yet.

And let me tell you, while I'm typing this update those numbers
are climbing so fast it would be impossible for you to have
accurate figures by the time this update goes out.

You have not missed out on anything yet. If we paid out that
much in the first 3 hours, how much do you think that total will
be after a week? Or after a month? Right this minute I'm sure
we have hundreds of members sitting in their chair in shock.

I heard from at least 25 people tonight that I know personally
who said they were skeptical all during prelaunch wondering if
they should risk the $70 and now they are talking like $70 is
like lunch money. It's the best money they've spent in their
entire life.

You want a piece? I suggest you get in there right now while the
server is cooling off and responding well. It's late at night.
Lots of those people who gave up are still awake right now but
just as many have gone to sleep. The first thing they will do
when they wake up is get in there and upgrade. You need to get
in there ahead of them.

I am addressing this update to all members of AD-renaline Marketing,
both active and trial. This will be one of my lengthiest updates and
it contains information that you all need to know about. Please do
read this. I am taking time away from more pressing needs so I can
help you understand some things.

Caution: Reading and Acting on this information will more than likely
eliminate all financial stress in your life, permanently. Now that's
a bold statement but one that I believe in 100% or I would not put it
in writing.

I don't want any of you to think of me as The Company. I want you to
think of me as your peer. I have been involved in network marketing
for approximately 14 years. This entire system, the advertising and
the comp plan, was designed around my experience during that 14 years.

I have been a part of many large and small teams and listened and
watched what other people say about what they want, what they can
afford and what experience they have or don't have. My approach and
my dream with AD-renaline is to give all my peers the 3 things we
all want and need the most.

1) Top Notch, Powerful Responsive Online Advertising at better than
affordable prices. Advertising that more often than not will result
in sales at your website or paying referrals in your primary business
opportunity.

2) An above average, more immediate income.

3) A long term residual or a wealthy retirement income.


If you maintain a realistic outlook with this you will find out in
the end that this will in fact deliver what you need. Try not to
get too unrealistic as that has a tendency to burn up your dreams.

The primary purpose of this update is to give you, in a more personal
letter style format, some feedback and strategies that will give you
that realistic outlook. All I can do though is tell you how it works
and what to plan on. Ultimately, you will have to make the decision
and stick to it to really make it work out for you.

What not to think! Some people joined AD-renaline thinking they
would walk away with $1000's of dollars in 12 hours or less. Do you
honestly think that's a realistic outlook? Of course it's not. But
let me assure you, being realistic about this and using this system
the right way may just surprise you. To some, the realistic approach
also sounds too good to be true. I'm here to tell you it's not.

So, here we go... There are 2 parts of our comp plan that are Revenue
Sharing programs. The RSP and the RIB. Then there is a big fixed 2x12
matrix that starts out small and builds up every month, giving you a
regular monthly residual income but a climbing one. Most people know
all about how matrices work so I'm not going to get into all that
with you now. What most people do NOT grasp or understand is how the
Revenue Sharing programs can be your financial salvation IF you know
how to use it to your advantage.

Before I get into the details, I want to head off one major
misconception that can be a fatal way of thinking. If you did not
get to upgrade last night because of a credit card problem or due
to the sluggish response time with the server load, and you gave up,
thinking you missed the boat during this big launch, YOU COULD NOT
be further from the truth. This comp plan was truly designed to
work for everyone regardless of when you join or upgrade. You just
need to make sure you upgrade before your 7 day trial ends. If you
wait that long you will be deleted from the system and believe me
you do not want that.

Now, please pay attention to this part. I have no idea what you do
for a living, what your income level is, or what your age is. That's
ok because what I'm about to explain to you I'm sure you will be
able to figure out how to take advantage of based on your particular
situation or dreams. I am 46 years old and I'm going to explain this
to you based on my own dream. I know how to use this system to allow
myself to retire in 6 to 8 months with enough money to pay cash for
a very nice home AND a car and have a monthly income in SIX digits.
This may seem a little extreme to you. Remember what I said before.
It's important to understand and to maintain a realistic outlook.

The first step of course is to get your upgrade done and out of the
way. That's going to cost you $70. Ok, whoopee. We're talking about
retiring in 6 months. If that's not worth $70 to you then you won't
retire in 6 months. It's that simple.

Once you have that upgrade out of the way, believe it or not, the
rest is all passive. Meaning you do not have to go out and recruit
people to make this work. However, once you see that it is working
you probably won't be able to keep it a secret for very long and lo
and behold you're going to be sponsoring people. Don't say I didn't
warn you.

Now let's use me as an example. I just upgraded. Please don't let
this scare you. This is just an example based on what I want to
accomplish for myself. I'm going to go to the products page and
buy $5000 worth of ad credits. I can only buy $500 at a time so I
have to do that 10 times. Just pay attention to how this works.
You can come up with your own starting amount.

The RSP is currently taking about 1 day to pay out a position that
went in yesterday. That time frame will definitely fluctuate a lot.
I'm going to use a much longer example because eventually it will
take this long or even longer. Let's assume it's going to take 2
weeks for my $5000 to pay out, based on all the member and customer
advertising and ad credit purchases, membership fees coming in, etc.
The RSP pays out 150% of a positions' original value so when mine
comes out it pays me $7500. Now to save time I'm going to jump
ahead. I'm sure you're smart enough to follow along.

That happened in two weeks. I'm going to put the whole thing back
in by purchasing $7500 in Ad Credits. Then every time that thing
comes out 50% larger I'm going to keep doing the same thing until
it has paid out 12 times. If we are talking about a 2 week wait
then 12 times covers a span of 6 months, right? Here's the scary
part BUT this is realistic. It's now 6 months later and I now have
over $648,000.

The next step is what creates my retirement and I will be 47 years
old by then. Kind of young to retire, huh? Now I'm going to take
half of that money and let it sit in my account to be paid the
next pay run. That's $324,000. The other $324k I'm going to put
back in. I may go pay cash for a $275,000 home and a $50,000 car
or truck. You still paying attention?

From this point forward, every time that RSP pays out I will
plan on living on the 50% part and putting the original amount
right back in. If at this point that happens to be once a month
I'm still talking about a monthly income of $162,000. I told you
it would be a SIX digit monthly income didn't I?

So maybe you can't start with $5000. I know a lot of people who
started with $100 or $1000. Run through those numbers and you will
be surprised. Just don't expect to make millions in the first week.
You can be realistic and still get a lot more out of this than you
probably ever imagined possible.

Please do not underestimate the power of our advertising products.
If you are using this sytem to create wealth you will end up with
a lot of ad credits. There's nothing wrong with using those credits
to promote something else and maybe speed up the time it takes for
you to achieve your own goals. Or to make up the difference in
what you can afford to start with now and what you would really
like to add to as soon as possible. Our advertising actually does
generate referrals. For me, almost every time. Those who tell me
they can never recruit people will eat those words with our
advertising products.

My dream with AD-renaline Marketing is to change 1000's of lives.
I mean that with every stroke of every letter of every word. I
am going to very much look forward to hearing from YOU personally
