DECEMBER 14 'FLUSHING' DAY...
For those of you who have signed up but have not yet upgraded,
you have up to Dec 14, 11:59PM (EST) to lock in your position
not only in pay plan 1, but in all pay plans. If you don't
upgrade by that time you will lose your position... and sooner
or later when you discover that many people you know are
jumping into SWA, you will wish you have not given up your
valuable position.
Please remember that SWA is a very attractive and unique
program. We are barely 1 month old but are now in over 130
countries. People who understand this type of business easily
join and upgrade because they know they can easily attract other
people to join. As mentioned in the website, there are millions

begin now looking for those people, you will eventually have a
mass of committed partners in your team.

DECEMBER 15 PAYOUT
Our first official payout will occur on December 15, 8PM EST.
If you look in the 'History' section of your Member Area and you
have USD20 or more, and you are upgraded, then you will receive
a commission on December 15. If you have been partially paid
during our Grand Pre-launch Payout, then what was paid to you
will be deducted from the commission you will receive on the
15th. This is because what was paid to you during the pre-launch
payout is still currently reflected in the 'History' section.

SWA NOW IN OVER 130 COUNTRIES
In less than 1 month SWA has reached over 130 countries. Large
volumes of active members come from Korea, India, USA, Thailand,
and the Philippines. This is a testament to the attracting
power of our program.

THE GREAT SHUFFLE
Due to many recommendations by our leaders and after careful
study, we are going to make a shuffle of the order of the pay
plans. The purpose for this is to minimize the drop out rates
in SWA and increase the earning rates of members. This is
accomplished by shuffling the order of the pay plans with
the following cosiderations...
- Members must be able to realize an ROI and profit within the
first 2 months easily, so we are placing easy to earn pay plans
in the 1st 2 months. The '2 x 15' will still be in month 1 and
the '2 x 2' will be in month 2. Since in the '2 x 2', you can
already make USD60 with just 6 people under you, ROI is easily
achieved and the possibility of dropping out is less. With less
drop out rates, the momentum of the network is maintained.
- On the 3rd month, the highest paying but most difficult pay
plan --- the 2-Up --- will be implemented to balance the
scenario. Strong recruiters will benefit most in this month.
However, by this time, even the not-so-strong recruiters may
have gained momentum from the easy earning pay plans of the
first 2 months... thus, it is still a pay plan that's beneficial
to all.
- To make even the weakest networker stay and further lessen the
drop out ratio, we are placing the Vertical Line system in the
4th month. Thus, members who have not earned or earned little
in their first 3 months can look forward to getting on top of
the network and make a financial comeback in their 4th month.
With the Vertical Line system in the 4th month, more 'passive
members' will be encouraged to stay active and keep their
memberships because their waiting time for this pay plan is
lesser. Again, drop out rates are less and the momentum of the
network is maintained.
- Strong recruiters will again benefit on the fifth month
because of the Unilevel system. and then the Binary system ---
which is a universally beneficial pay plan --- will be placed in
the 6th month.

PAY PLAN # 2 TO BEGIN
Pay Plan # 2, which will now be the '2 x 2 Follow the Sponsor
Matrix' will begin on December 21. Many members have already
paid their 2nd month subscription and will be receiving their
access to the Pay Plan # 2 Member Area on that day.

PAYOUT ANYTIME???
We are considering the possibility of doing away with scheduled
payouts, and just pay members whenever and anytime they request
to get paid. As long as a member is active and has a USD20
minimum balance in their 'History' section, they can just send
an email request and be paid anytime.
